Hello Hansaji Maa,I have been feeling very down lately because of so many negative vibes around me and I had always been reaching out to your videos for comfort.I wish to spend at least a week at your yoga institute but unfortunately I am not situated in India.I am born and raised in singapore and just wish to have a genuine calm inner spirit.I admire all of your yoga practices and been doing the same at home.Only drawback is that I am way too stressed😢
