- Yup, this was hard 😮 Let me know in the comments how you did. If you made it with no breaks I want to hear.
Always continue to challenge yourself. If it doesn't hurt you're not moving forward.

Take 5 minutes (it's just 300 seconds) out of your day to challenge your legs.
Stay fit & healthy. It seems to keep me happy 😀
Super excited for this workout, and the sparring and fighting subscriber analysis video!
Let me suggest something harder sir. Like add a jump squat clap and when doing the jump squat please keep your knees parallel to the ground and then jump not hop, but i guess your still exhausted from running, the jump squat is a different set of exercise from the squat jump clap thats all sir. m.ruclips.net/video/yjtbfOWLNsw/видео.html
Round one: "Hey I'm jumping higher than Gabriel!"
Round two: "I've made a huge mistake."
Perfectly summarized my experience
That's by far the hardest leg workout I've ever tried, and I've tried a whole load of 'em on RUclips. Gabriel you're a true inspiration
Did the 4 miles before this and got through two passable rounds. I had leg day yesterday so I wanna try again at closer to 100% because the cardio is there for me. Tryin to become a fighter myself and you're helping so much on top of my coaches. Thanks so much for the content and please keep it up 👍..
Never in my workout life have burpees been the recharge move. Great workout you can fit in whenever during the day.
You are truly Gabriel.
I loved your epic fight against Lerdsila... bro, you were heaven sent. Great channel.. great videos. You're truly a champ!
I did the whole routine Gabriel, with no breaks in between! 🎉
"don't sign off from the video right now..."
Me who just woke up: ):
I’ve been stuck working out at home lately so this couldn’t have popped up at a better time. Going outside to watch the sun rise and put this work in. Thanks for the knowledge and inspiration coach 👏🙏 OOS! ✊
As a fighter myself, this workout is killer! Thanks Gabriel!
I love all your workout 💖
Thank you brother 🙏
Wow awesome workout , I 'll definitely give it a try thanks champ!!
Added this to my power training, 100% no regrets.
Mr.Varga thank you very much for your workout videos I learn a lot...❤
I'm gonna do firstly normal squat and lunge because those jumps so hard for me at least for now....
Going to try this soon.
Awesome workout. Challenge accepted
there was a few hiccups mainly with the jumping lunges, but i did it. can you keep making videos like this? thank you
Gonna try this tommorow 🔥
I love the fit Fri theme!
I do frog leaps, box jumps and walking lunges in between rounds on the bag. Awesome quick powerful workout.
Thanks Gabriel! But maybe you can add in a clock countdown as you do the workout?
Cool intro🥊
Just coming to my mind, maybe you will make a playlist video of your favourite workout music?
"Train hard guys, see you next time, for another video" ;)
I like how you says
Nice
Just did a workout inspired by this on Canada Day and had a good time with it, though I did a few things differently:
- 5-second gap between each 15-second interval to note how many reps I did
- Shallower depth on the lunges (just how I'm used to doing plyometric lunges 🤷♂)
- Full depth on the jump squats (likewise 🤷♂)
- Substituted deep side lunges for the straddle squats to work better with counting reps
- Left out the plank hold on the burpees to work better with counting reps (this was a pretty trivial difference, since it just meant doing 4 burpees per round instead of 3 🙃)
My experience was pretty much like you said; easy first set, some effort for the second set, and grinding hard for the remaining three. Can't compare directly against how you did since tracking my rep totals meant a secret extra 1:35 of rest spread through the workout, but I'm pretty happy about having gotten through it without needing any extra breaks and keeping my per-set rep totals pretty consistent from start to finish (biggest drop was with the jump squats going from 10 in the first set to 7 by the last set) 🙂
Thanks for sharing this! I'll have to try more of your workouts now 🙂
Did the workout without stopping... now it's a challenge climbing our stairs.
Beast
Damn hard. Hehe
I only got to round two this is gruesome I love it will be returning
This must've hurt me so bad that I've only just returned lol
Ahhhhh
You know what I actually got through it this time all be it I take lots of break each round I took 15 seconds off
Could you make another video regarding legs, on how to kick harder?
This IS the video for that 😂
check out iron wolf.. he does these types of workouts for 2 hours straight. he's a machine o_O I think it's exactly the type of thing you were looking for
I can do this
Make a video on how to kick high
I got a lot of power in my kicks but I can’t stretch them to throw head kicks any tips
I need to be able to kick high as fast as possible
Even if anyone in the comments got any advice give it 🙏🙏🙏
pivot, kick the air not full power but snappy, do a bunch of reps of the kick you are trying to go higher, go as low as possible and progresively kick higher, gradually, do like 15 kicks per set (or as high as you can kick) and do a lot of those, repeat this eternally (daily) until you can kick as high as you want.
Also try practicing kicks of a flamingo stance (like Bill Wallace did), also just randomly move around hoping on a flamingo stance to get your hips used to that motion many tkd practicioners do this.
@@cahallo5964 thank you 🙏❣️
No calf raises?
The jumping hits the calf.
You are getting weight and mass brother don't you 💪😁
