    Thanks dude! Have some mad depression setting in and didn't make it to the gym today but because this is only five minutes and it showed up on my suggestions, I did some training today and improved myself, just a little.

      I did the 5 minutes it was difficult. Can you continue with functional strength and conditioning videos for kickboxing.

    Good one! Quite hard, can't really do the slow going down movement - any tips?
    I think this workout is pretty advanced and it does not give a thorough introduction with things to avoid for each exercise, so maybe it could be marked as advanced?
