I did the 5 minutes it was difficult. Can you continue with functional strength and conditioning videos for kickboxing.

Good one! Quite hard, can't really do the slow going down movement - any tips?
I think this workout is pretty advanced and it does not give a thorough introduction with things to avoid for each exercise, so maybe it could be marked as advanced?
Should i do this everryday?
I do 4-6 times per week
