- This kicking workout is next level. It's super quick but so hard it's got me wondering if even a kicking expert like Wonderboy can do it.

Hahaha Hahaha 😂. You make this look easy. Thought I was ok at kicking. Nope. Got humbled. This is incredibly simple but difficult drill. Your kicking endurance and dexterity is next level.
Thanks for the workout Gabriel, my hips are both too stiff and too weak (relatively new to combat sports), I'm going to incorporate this kind of workout at home this year and see how I progress.

It's a challenging workout.
I made it up for my kids classes and did it with them thinking it would be a little hard.
Not crazy hard. So don't feel bad. It's a tough drill.

Just done it with you! Was definitely tough but I got through it. Couldn’t keep it hip level after the second one and also worked out my back. Definitely not the form you had but I tried 😄Thanks bro!

This feels more workable doing alternating legs with everything else the same. Either way I like it.
You know what's cool? Wonderboy did a video on getting power in kicks and he showed a very similar workout.

I'm horribly inflexible. Couldn't raise my leg to my waist. Still glad I made it through the motions at least! Even if unlike Wonderboy for all the power in my kicks I move like a geriatric with arthritis when I have to hold a leg in a fixed position for more than like 10 seconds.

If id be doing that id switch every time i finish a set. I kinda tried the other variation of that drill where you kick hip level and head level 50reps each dang that was nasty since then i dropped it to 30reps.

There's another variation of this drill which is done with your towards a wall and almost whole body touching the wall... .. OSU..!
Gabriel how were you able to keep your leg that high for all the rounds 😂😂. Mine started to drop lower especially at the last round. Will definitely stick with this drill. I got humbled bad

I practice alot of leg kick for amateur tournament, but i face southpaw guy and my skill is not good enough to land good lag kick, i notice my lead lag kick open, but i cannot kick at all... Need some advice or drill
