And thinking about that essay, made the nerves for the fight go away, because it reminded me, that my normal life is not gonna change, everything is gonna be the same tomorrow, so I allowed myself to enjoy the 10 minutes I had to be in the cage, because tomorrow life is gonna be exactly the same again, no matter what happens.

Wonderboy for president ❤
I had some amateur fights and i never understood guys that could sleep before a fight
Youre a savage wonderboy.
But youre completely right battling the nerves before a fight was the hardest part about fighting and can easily ruin your endurance if you dont manage it.
I smoke 😂
Needed this, 6 days out from my next fight!
Thank you brother for taking the time. I step in the ring in a few days and sapping up the last tips I can to get me through it safely and not let nerves ruin it 💙

I honestly wished more fighters would talk about the mental game. Great video Wonderboy.
You are the People's Champ.
Thank you very much for this video wonderboy I’ll be sure to remember this when I step into my next fight I’ll shout you out when I make it to the UFC
Real Insight for 0 cost. Thank you Wonderboy, you're an absolute legend of a man.
I used to think I had to get angry before I spar or go into a fight but honestly I've seen that that's only an aspect of it. it really helped me when I watch sparring videos and focus on my technique
Fighting in march, fought k1 a couple times but this is my first mma bout, against someone far more experienced than me and I'm struggling big time, not had nerves like this before, already struggle with pretty bad anxiety but this is the worst its been in a long time
When u said, if u don't have these ones remember wonderboy still gonna love u after that fight. That gave me chills, positive vibes are rare these days 👍🏼
Same here, it felt kinda good lol
I wanna learn how I can calm my nerves in a street fight, Like if I get attacked by 2 people, How do I manage to stay calm and defend myself?
also, big respect goes out to Wonderboy and Ray, the world needs more people like them, and children need more fathers like Ray.
True gentleman and human.
🙏
Watching this before my fight
Fight is to
Tomorrow thanks man❤
Thank you so much, Mr. Thompson, and take care.
Appreciate this no one really talks about it
I have a fight on the twenty sixth, I’m not nervous now but I know it get worse over the weeks but I love the feeling and I’m prepared to win but prepared to learn I can’t wait
you are amazing stephen
I am making my amateur MMA debut in two weeks time here in Auckland, New Zealand. These videos are exactly what I needed. Thank you Wonderboy!
I'm late but did you win?
Hey I hope you are doing well. Even if you lost your fight, don't give up! Train harder and never give up on your dream man.
@@Kai-hd5tm sure did 👊🏽
