The 2024 Buick Envision ST Conveys A Sportier Design With Big Tech Upgrades

  • The #BuickEnvision has been blurring the lines between a mainstream and luxury brand for the past decade and when the 2nd generation #Envision was introduced in 2021, for 2024 #Buick has given its compact SUV offering a major facelift. This new #EnvisionST trim also brings more sportiest to the design while the inside borrows some impressive tech from Cadillac with its massive 30" curved OLED display. The latest #BucikEnvisionST should continue to be an appealing alternative to pricier luxury brands.

I know it sounds crazy, but Buick is on a roll. I'm seeing the Envista EVERYWHERE, even on snob neighborhoods. This update to the Envision looks really good and I'm glad to see Buick playing well with color in the interior. It looks really upscale. I do wish the ST got an actual performance engine, a variant of GMs 2.7T or a powerbump for the 2.0 perhaps.
But this is a great update for styling and tech.

Damn Buick!! This thing looks so darn good! This is just the ST, i know that’s a higher trim level but it isn’t the fully loaded Avenir and I’m already in love with the interior. The exterior received the perfect tweaks and this thing is seriously going to turn heads. Sexiest Buick steering wheel design and overall interior layout I’ve ever seen hands down! Love the shape and execution of the displays too, I see where the Envista was going and expect a smaller version of this in the refresh. 🔥

Really liked how the second gen Envision originally looked but the updated front end doesn't work as well. Massive glow up inside though. Love how Buick has spiffed up the interior with interesting colors to break up the expanse of black and gray. Updated screens are well integrated too. Interior looks more interesting than the ones in the Lexus NX and Audi Q5.

I don’t understand how somebody can buy a car built in China when they are the biggest threat to the security of the United States. It seems that there are more Americans here needing a job than in China couldn’t General Motors build a plant state of the art that could build this vehicle here and give Americans jobs. One of our family members was considering one, but now they’re not…

Standard AWD is a huge disappointment. Don’t need it, don’t want it. Otherwise, the Envision is the best value compact SUV on the market. Now its interior is even more upscale.

The Envista doesn’t offer AWD and is about $12k less expensive if you want to stay in the Buick family.

@@theredline Tested the Envista, the seats are too cheap and too flat. Envision is just a solid vehicle overall and punches much higher in refinement and comfort. I wish we still had Buick Regal Sportback available as they do in China.

Most of the segment is going that way. The CX-5, Venza(and the Venza's replacement, the Crown Signia), NX 350/350h, and recently the RDX all have standard AWD now. Frankly, it's about time. Modern AWD systems are very efficient and reliable, and in my opinion there is no point buying an SUV without it. There's also other benefits to AWD besides living in a snow state. Much better traction in general acceleration, better driving dynamics, more stability in heavy rain, and more confidence if you go off the path.

@@panzer_TZ we will agree to disagree. They all get AWD because people keep crying they need one when they don’t. I had AWD and FWD cars in Minnesota and Alaska. AWD was useless without winter tires. AWD also adds cost, weight, maintenance that I don’t need. These SUVs are actually lifted hatchbacks, they don’t need standard AWD for suburban commutes. If you live deep in the woods, then pickup truck will be a better option anyway.

No there not not Buicks are actually reliable and you can actually have a chance with the vehicle lasting over 100,000 miles to 200,000 miles They are made by General Motors everything is more accessible parts and anyone to work on it and also General Motors makes Chevy gmc Cadillac and for the most part Chevy gmc is the most reliable and they share the same platforms and drive terrains so you’re wrong Anything GM Makes is reliable Know your stuff before you say anything
