    My son is 10 years he's feeling pain in this area .Dr said it's muscle pain they gave a gel and said hot water bottle massage.i will try your methods too

    A very good information presented by her. Even a Doctor or physiotherapist on Google's- YOU TUBE - never provided this type of healthy pain relief advice. They are/those videos uploaded are of business oriented to sell their products to treat calf muzzle pain but are of useless and time-waste.     Iam suffering from left calf muscle pain last one month... right leg calf muscle does not give.any trouble....it is very difficult for me to climb down the stairs.... will this exercise help me . From today I'll start. Iam your new subscriber.

      Mem while sitting or resting there is no pain but while walking after few steps I have to stop for minutes means I get tired or mussels start painting after few seconds again I can walk so what should I do and what is reason

      Focus on deep muscle release with pressure as shown in the video along with hot fermentation on calf muscle for 10-12 mins
