You do not need to cook for long if the size of the vegetables is small. It should be cooked in 8-10 mins. Please check out step by step cooking instruction on my website ▶▶ khinskitchen.com/chicken-katsu/

Its depend on how thick you want your sauce. If you do not like too thick you do not need to cook for long.

did you boil the potatoes and carrots before you cooked them with the curry powder?
It's not pre-cooked vegetable but you can use pre cooked vegetable.
I would add just a smidge less sugar, but other than that it is lovely. I'm grateful I don't need to keep buying S&B curry packets anymore

Yes, you can but the texture will be different. Panko breadcrumbs are a bit larger in texture than normal breadcrumbs.

any substitute for paprika? great video btw
You can substitute with chilli powder mild or hot according to your taste!
@@KhinsKitchen Thank you!!
hi, i want to try these at home, but i gotta know, which one should i cook first? the curry or the katsu?
I'd go for katsu, but better just both . Because they both have off time. It really doesn't matter tho
You can prepare the chicken breading first, and make the curry. You can fry the chicken at last.
thank you both of you
What would you add to make the curry spicy?
You can add abit of chilli powder or crushed chilli.
Making this today thx
