To everyone: My final fix was replacing the suspension rods. You can watch that video here for more info: ruclips.net/video/8KUprY5NYfQ/видео.html
that doesnt solve the spin and rinse again, i did the same, plus replacing a broken washer nut as well, it still acts up, thinking its the clutch but think im going to get a whirl pool.
@@joextreme Hi, this is not the final fix. It was just to buy time. The permanent fix was to replace the suspension rods. You can watch that video here for more info: ruclips.net/video/8KUprY5NYfQ/видео.html
@@MattCommand1 Sorry< I meant the suspension rods did not solve the spin and time added for rinse again, it will happen again. I replaced my rods twice, washer spin nut was broken, replaced it, it worked a few times, but gives out and adds time around 10 min mark so you have to babysit it to stop it upon some research it seems like the clutch is bad and the part is like 300 dollars which you are better off buying a new washer. Thinking of getting whirl pool.
@@joextreme Sorry, it seems you have a much more severe problem than we had. I am sorry things didn't work out. Good luck moving forward with your new washer.
Thank you for your share!!!
Speed queen!
Okay! These are neat fixes. I now know NOT to buy a Samsung washer. Thanks.
Yeah worst money ever spent
Thanks for the video. The Inverter might have a 10 year warranty but if Samsung won't extend that same warranty to their motherboard and control panel then it's worthless. I've made several attempts to fix my Samsung, from tightening the drum to replacing the dampening rods. Beyond that the part prices make little sense and it seems more cost effective to just purchase a new washer. I've come to the conclusion to just buy the cheapest most bare bones appliances you can get. I mean WT Heck, they offer a steam function on my machine and when I opened it up after a cycle, there was as much steam inside the controls as there was in the drum and lid... Remember just go cheap, it's not like you're gonna be serving drinks and hors d'oeuvres in your laundry room... Thanks again
You might be ahead of me on this. I recently made a new video of me replacing the suspension rods for $35. It seems to be working for the moment. I don't have to use the pillow for now! LOL! The Samsung Washer is definitely a big disappointment. Like everyone else, we are trying to prolong the day before we replace it. If I have to replace the suspension rods or using gimmicks to buy more time, then so be it. We simply will not pay outrageous prices being charged.
Wow I just got a Samsung washer and I wish I knew… this was an issue … I am now returning these.. luckily they’re from Aarons and I am able to exchange them …
Unfortunately, a lot of complaints about Samsung washers due to substandard parts forcing owners to go through a lot of aggravation, hassles, and even money.
Does this work on a front loader?
Sorry, I can't answer that. I've never dealt with a front loader before.
Why would you not just replace the suspension rods and be done with it they’re not very expensive and it’s pretty simple solution and permanent fix
Hi, at the time I made the video, I did not know about changing the suspension rods nor did I know how at that time. It was only later I learned about them. The thought of opening the washer intimidated me at the time of the video. But I later got braver and replaced the suspension rod and also made a follow-up video on it! :-)
Hii I didn't understand how to fix repeating rinse and spin can u explain me here
This is a better video to watch for a permanent fix: ruclips.net/video/8KUprY5NYfQ/видео.html
OMG having same issue 2 years in out of warranty 460 for a tech
You are right. Tech prices are outrageous. That is why we sometimes have to figure out some things and do some DIY. Make sure you watch my 3rd video in the series for a more permanent fix.
I don't have a better fix yet. I am just thinking that I need to replace the suspension rods. Not sure, but yeah, I get the damned "UE" (unbalanced load) issue and it does the rinse-spin-rinse-spin-rinse-spin-forever-and-forever-and-forever. So, yeah, I'm staying up late trying to figure the Fooker out. Thanks for your ideas.
I do have a newer video where I did ultimately replace the suspension rods. It resolved it once and for all and our machine is working just fine since then.
@@MattCommand1 Thank you for the reply. That's what I am going to do. I actually ordered them today from Amazon. But, I'm gonna do the pool noodle until then.
The swim noodles used to be $1. But I've heard due to inflation, they are more expensive now! But it will buy you time like it did for us.
@@MattCommand1 how much were the suspension rods? And you replaced them yourself?
@@MattCommand1 hi i am trying to find the video but no luck can you help me find it please
I’ve had it with this washer and I’ve only had it a year..
Yes, it is very frustrating! Poor workmanship and parts.
Why the hell doesn't Samsung fix stuff like this in the first place? Don't they realize how many more people will avoid their product if they keep on making half-assed washers. Their other tech products are great, but the Samsung name can't carry the day when 'Joe Bloe' has to fix a problem a LOT of us have. I sure, for one, will spread the bad news of Samsung washers. Don't buy 'em!
Unfortunately, Samsung isn't the only one that have deficiencies. The general quality overall seems to be heading downwards over time.
Hi do you still have this washer?
Yes, we happily and surprisingly still have this washer. This video you are watching is a bit dated. I eventually learned how to replace the suspension rods and the washer is back in fully functional order. There are links in the description to the final solution.
@@MattCommand1 can you please make a video of the unbalancing washer I really want to see the spin cycle of the PC code. I really like to see it one day and never see it with the spin though. I want to see the spin and then tub bounces and flashed at DC. I never seen a DC ever before.
@@MattCommand1 can you make a video of this washer running now I want to see if it’s still going out of balance or not I still really want to see a load can you do a full cycle video this time?
@@judycarolyn1 The video has already been made. This is how I finally took care of it by replacing suspension rods. Watch this video: ruclips.net/video/8KUprY5NYfQ/видео.html
@MattConmand1 What I meant is you didn’t make a full cycle video with the machine washing and rinsing and spinning
This is insane, we pay enough money for these things we should not have to do this!
Samsung appliances are horrible. I will never buy again!
I understand the feeling. Lots of aggravation before I found a solution. I bought a new set of suspension rods and installed it myself.
