Brian Thomas Jr
I think we should pick the best available wide receiver, cornerback, offensive or defensive lineman that is available at pick 17. Defensive tackle is the position amongst these with the least depth.
The Jags tried to improve the secondary and running game during previous seasons. I would try to draft a foundational player to improve either offense or defense. Probably easier said than done.
I’d like to see the Jags pick a receiver. A receiver who is big bodied, fights for the ball and learns. For me, it would nice to see the Jags do this because that will allow the young guy to learn from. At the same time, I could see them taking a corner for the similar reason. Players will not always be on the roster, so you’ll have to find their next man up.
So for me it’s 50/50 on who the Jags pick at what position. Also with who is there and like. There are a lot of great athletes out here that can play.
Every dayer here from Oviedo, FL.
Not to mention, that’s how you help your running back toO
Praying we trade 17 and next years 1st to get nabers at pick 5 or trade 17 and next years 2nd and pick 116 for rome at pick 8. If not i think we should offer pick 17 and a 3rd to Arizona for 27 and 35 and grab ladd and enis and the. Grab frazier at IOL or hope Morgan or Guyton fall to 48 at OT. Then grab Dewayne Carter with pick 96. What you think @Locked on Jaguars?
Can get a shout out Wig!!!! One time for the traveling men……
As I’m watching this I get the notification that we just paid Josh Allen!!
BPA… or move back
Trent always go homeboys first if Jared verse is available he will be a jaquar
How would you feel about waiting until 3rd or 4th for a WR and they get Burton
I would rather draft Brenden rice over burton
Burton is awful. He doesn't do anything particularly well. He's just an average receiver. I doubt he gets taken before the 5th round, at the earliest. Probably later.
@@jayshupp5971 I understand the legal stuff but he got a 1st round grade and without the legal he would be considered a top WR…..
@@LoneWolf0454I’ve never seen him higher than a 5th rounder in any mock.
Gotta get a #1 WR. That is priority one. How long does Trevor have to wait to get a "safety blanket?" Most teams address this within a year or two of drafting a franchise QB. I wanna trade up for one of the "big 3 WR's", no matter what the cost or take Brian Thomas Jr. at #17. If we can't get any of those guys, I stay put and take OT Taliese Fuaga, OT Olu Fashanu or CB Quinyon Mitchell. If those guys are gone, I trade way back to the end of round 1 or the beginning of round 2 and take WR Xavier Leggette. Outside of those 5 receivers, I only see Javon Baker as possibly, a potential #1 WR. This draft is full of redzone possession receivers and slot receivers, but that's not what we need. We need a big, fast receiver who can separate and take the top off a defense. We haven't had that since Jimmy Smith. If we did get a WR with our first pick, I'd focus on getting a CB with our next pick, wherever that may be. I would fill out the rest of the draft by looking for an OT who may be able to start in 2025 when Cam Robinson is gone, an OG who could replace Brandon Scherff in 2025 and depth at edge rusher and inside pass rusher.
Quinyon first then hopefully Xavier Worthy is still there in the second
Worthy has great speed but not very durable at his size and weight
Let’s not forget it’s about Trevor, get weapons n fill the bank
You got 1 and only 1 move? Maybe trade 17 to Washington for their 2 2nds. Now you've got 3 2nds. You pick up Kool-Aid, Darius Robinson edge mizzou and Keon Coleman.
