I agree, the battery life is short and it draines alot of the capacity when shooting the video. But overall a nice compact camera. Hope to switch soon to a FF likte the Z5 or the Z6II. Nice video.
I don't think it's full plastic. It is a weather-sealed magnisium alloy body with some plastic elements, making it dust and water resistant just like the a6400. So IG it's a huge plus.
Thanks, I agree, but for the price point, it's a good value. I don't think there are many cameras with good LCD screen at this price point. the best screen I have used is probably the Nikon Z9 but that is kinda expensive...
man, xs20 is better - you can set c1 for photo and c2 to (for example) for video, and you can shot video in photo mode... z50 is shit / you need turn to video and if need another settings - must change A for example to the M (and you don't have in video A or S modes)... nikon sucks sucks sucks!
Are you 12 and a touch hormonal 😀 It is a camera, and he is giving his take on it. There are no bad cameras on the market these days just some more suited to what you want fanboys are a plague on the internet. You know what Dirty Harry says about opinions
Z50 has a dedicated image/video switch so you don't shortcuts for that. The AF is also much much better and it's smaller and compact too along with a weather-sealed metal body. Idk what you on about?
I think budget could mean differently to each person. No doubt there are cameras under 200 but options are very limited if you’re looking for mirrorless crop sensor
I have had mine for a couple of years and love it. Lightweight and quality pics.
That z50 has an amazing sensor
I agree! I just found that the Nikon Zfc uses the Z50 sensor as well. It’s definitely a solid sensor!

great lil camera. are all this sample photos are edited raw ? or jpeg ?
Yeah the camera is great. And the Z50 II is coming out. All photos are jpeg with minimal editing (i just throw them in lightroom and hit auto adjust)
@@AkiTechSpace thanks man,happy shooting
would you recommend this camera for a videography student?
I can recommend sonya7c for videography because ibis matters lot
Depends on what features you are looking for. I think Sony is better for videography because it has better auto focus which is important in video.
Beautiful video content dear sir, but a big loss tild display... People not like this display....

Please provide the Big View finder Eyecup link of Z50.
I think if you look up nikon z50 eyecup on amazon you will find a bunch.
uhhhh the z50 is not a dslr lol it is a mirrorless camera
I really miss my Z50. I wish I never sold it.
how good is it for video?
It's not "Nyy-kon", it's Nikon. The "Ni" is pronounced like the "ni" in "Oni-chan".
You mean like knights who say "Ni"? :)

Budget camera means less than $200, a used Z50 kit is $500, that more than many people around the world earn in a month.
