Quick tip: if you tried the option 'rebuild database' and it got stuck or you got the message 'a serious error occured' again then try the 4th option 'reset settings' which won't delete any of your data, it will only reset your settings to the factory settings, and then it might work. I tried this solution and even though the 'rebuild database' option seemed not working I tried to reset the settings afterwards and that worked. If that doesn't work then you will have to go with initializing the PS which unfortunately will delete all of your data
Hi can I ask something I tried the 1st option and all my games are saved but the accounts aren't saved if I logged in my account the games will be saved?
@@UltraGreenNo.57 if you have an original sony joystick and charging cable it can often be next to it if not then unfortunately your console needs to be serviced maybe it's a WIFI chip
