i got myself an elite series 2, the top cover started cracking on both sides with the grips lifting up, the right thumb stick started to get lots of play plus stick drift and the right trigger started to make a noise, this was after just 6 months... i took it back and the company said Microsoft would not replace due to the cracks and said that ive dropped it. I have NEVER dropped it and its only been treated like gold. i am very disappointed it my purchase

Thank you brother for sharing that with me now you shed some light on why the support system is so sorry for Xbox ever since I became good at call of duty Cold War I have faced discrimination harassment and every time I try to submit a case it says it does not meet their standards But yet if I say something back to them to defend myself I’m banned for it I tried calling Microsoft and talking with somebody but they claim there’s nothing they can do and I even told Stephanie that’s the one who helped me there was one particular case where this guy I blocked him and I believe I reported him and he got banned and he just made a whole new profile got my gamer tag came right back and started harassing me again so yes everything that you said in your video is down to the TOP and you were right in every way they do need to update their customer service and they do need to get back to running the way they were things have gotten out-of-control there are people hacking in the game glitching with glitch switches you can go on RUclips and put in how to make a glitch switch and it shows them how to do it now this is not something I do or none of my friends do Brother
Thanks for your video sadly I wish Twitter, the escalation team or phone support worked but my experience says it's awful. Returned controller under warranty on 6 Dec 2022 for UPS to 'lose' the parcel. Contacted Microsoft after doing a merry dance on 12 Dec to have them raise an investigation by UPS as that was what UPS told me to do. Got run around for a couple of weeks on the phone being told it's been escalated don't worry. Then saw this video and tried Twitter on 24 Dec. They give same it's been escalated don't worry replies but never answer questions like 'how long should I expect to wait', or 'can I have complaints contact details'. It's now 8 Jan 2023 and still no resolution to my case (oh and Microsoft only escalated it for investigation by UPS on 30 December!) Beyond terrible customer service

@@lbs today, after another couple of unanswered emails to the escalation support team, and five and a half weeks after sending in my faulty controller, I eventually received a replacement refurbished elite series 2. To say that the customer service from Microsoft was lacking would be an understatement. Fingers crossed the replacement doesn't need repairing going forward as I truly could not handle the levels of stress and anxiety their very lax attitude towards this whole experience has been. Keep up the good work that you do my friend.

ATTENTION: Okay upon searching for about 2 hours almost 3 now, I found a half ass work around. It may even work via web browser haven't checked yet but it's seemingly the same page so highly likely it will work the same. Okay I just went through 100s of ways looking on how the hell you talk to a human and this is the shortest I found JUST FOUND, you use Skype click on your profile then click on settings click Help and Feedback (note why I say may work on browser cause they have the same button) then click on Get Help it will load up a page a white page with a bunch of buttons options up top will be a big giant gray box that says search with a search bar in it. Under that you will see Getting started button, Calling, Messaging, Share and interact, Account and profile, Purchases and payments, Privacy and security, Troubleshooting, And everything else. What you want to click on is "Troubleshooting" the next page up top it will be a big blue banner says Skype help with a search bar under that your first option it says Skype services are potentially blocked on my account click that. After all the blah blah blah on the next page there will be blue words that you can click on Skype customer support team click on that. After that you will confirm you're not a robot do that and then you are in a queue to wait for the next representative you're welcome. I wish I could show you the page but I have seen it many times it is fucking simple just find that troubleshoot button and bullshit them I don't care if you are trying to figure out how to connect a to b and you tell him you are trying to understand the laws of the universe just figure out how to contact them through troubleshoot button.
