My wonderful mother used to often sing this song, and it has become ingrained in me, as a memory of her. She was a wife, nurse, mother of five, and very special. Doctor George Whitehead
I like the music of Stephen Foster. Will you play more of his music? Do you give concerts? And, last but not least, how do you choose which song to play?
I don't know what I will play in the future. No. I do not give concerts any longer. But I may start them up again. I usually play what I used to play in my younger years.
No. Synthetic clarinet was the first sound. Second was a reedy sound using a five and a third. Then back to the synthetic clarinet. Then tibias eight and two foot for open harmony. Then a tuba and tibias. Finally, clarinet effect that I began with. By the way, I used eight foot, two and two thirds, and one and three fifths for this clarinet effect.
ONE OF MY FAVORITE SONGS
