got my lenovo T5 with rtx4070 it had better memory than advertised. Installing games currently and i were stunned graphichs driver was only 0.5 version off from new. Stress tests etc first at 70c before getting to calm 50c.

Was it any thing good as a personal question if that was ur main computer would it work for long time use. like streaming while gaming at very high graphics like do you think it would crash
Depends how long you're talking about.
I personally did not use this computer for long sessions. But there are enough heat fans and I guess it should be fine to use it for couple hours on max settings.

Very nice and small PC.
I bought Lenovo Legion Tower 5 with Nvidia RTX 3060ti. The spec says the memory is DDR5-5600MHz. But BIOS fix the memory to 4400MHz.
Same, Lenovo doesn't allow xmp which enables higher ram speeds unfortunately.

What’s the reason for that?
Does it matter or impact when using 3D applications or Editing etc.
I enabled xmp it works for me I got the gen 8 I5 tower with 4060ti

Mine seems to run the gpa much hotter temps. I cat seem to get it to run cooler, am I missing something?
Make sure there is enough airflow. Is it too close to the wall? Check the fans.

What hz monitor should I buy with this pc?
Decide what you want to play and on what graphics, look up how well it should perform with these specs, and get one that has an at least somewehat lower refresh rate than the rig would support. Keep in mind that future games will run at lower framerates. (although personally I'd recommend colours over refresh rate)
Is the lenovo t5 with a rtx 4070 still good?
Sure, it's a good mid-range card compared to what we have now. I'm planning on using one for at least 6 years @1440p.
Local store selling this with 512 GB SSD and no further storage... How simple would it be to install a Kingston SSD SATA ?
I just got I5 with 4070 and trying to upgrade my ssd to 2tb Samsung, it looks like you have to remove video card and I've seen other video that I think it has 2 * nvme m.2 slot. I'll just clone ssd and replace with Samsung.
idk if i should get this or legion 5 laptop with 4070 for 2000$ , (4070ti tower is 2400$) , whats impressive is that this 2400$ tower beats a 4000$ legion 7 pro with 4090. but im kinda afraid as i dont know anything about pc

Great system, doesn't come with the two top fans like it shows in some pictures though. Only the bigger 7i's have them.
I bought some on Amazon for 8$ each and installed them myself.

@@dboi323 As long as the fans are argb they will light up with the other fans already installed. There should be two headers at the top of the motherboard that are labeled (I think it's SYS_FAN 1 and 2) as well as two ARGB headers near them. Its pretty much plug and play.

My only question is how loud do the fans get when using it normal situations like browsing or Office. And how about when gaming or video editing how loud is it?
I'm used to my old old Alienware R7 with liquid cooling even when playing high end games on Steam and video editing rendering it is not loud at all.

The motion Blur is so nasty, id how anyone plays with it on. otherwise im glad to see how this on performed. waiting on the 3060 rtx model now.

Unfortunately they false advertised me the wrong stuff i ordered this pc off Curry’s pc world and they advertised 2 top fans with there legion cpu cooler and a dual fan rtx4060 when i got it there was no 2 top fans no legion cpu cooler and a singular fan palait rtx4060 and it runs hotter the temperatures it’s such a shame cause my family are not rich and they bought me this cause i thought I was getting what i was getting and just ended up with the working stuff with some bad cpu cooler
That's not good.
They don’t advertise it with 2 top fans. It’s just the picture they use. They use that picture for all their models. You need to read the description. It does not say 2 top fans.

It's because some varients or not available in certain countries and depending on stock.
So the link takes you to the closet match incase it's not available 🙂

it's Active Cooling...lol. It's not LIQUID Cooling. But it's active cooling. Judging from the video, the CPU barely hit 70C. I'd say it's good to go.
It's dual channel, I have a similar model.
"Ultra-high FPS," what the hell? It's a good card for its value, but saying this is just dumb. Nice wallpaper, though.
