My wife cheated to many times and has moved out, and said that she wants a divorce and is waiting for the divorce papers. I hate this. You can forgive all you want. If there's no change, let them go.

I worked through this program for two years. Followed the suggestions. With prayer and work on myself the program walked me through the terrible pain and creating a stronger self. I am grateful for all their support on my journey to myself and my marriage. Family is worth saving. Watch the free videos It’s worth the time to the decision to divide or stand for your marriage.

Nope. I'm in the "once a cheater, always a cheater." camp. We often receive what we tolerate. As for me: There's not a chance of me tolerating this form of abuse. But, hey, to each his own.

I read an article in Psychology Today about 10 years ago about this. Generally, most people who betray do so out of an addictive behavior of one sort or another. Even if a betrayer doesn't physically do so again, they have the propensity to do so. It's their go-to solution for various stressors in their life.

@@blazerprophet Yes. I'm sure that's true. But I also think some people just have sh*tty morals and only care about themselves. It's not always complicated why people make selfish choices.

I hate the use of the misnomer label a good person who did some bad things. That's too simplistic and just plain wrong. Nope. Nope. Nope. We all have the same capacity for good and bad decisions. Just some people think of consequences in the face of temptation and others don't. Some are selfish, others selfless. Some know how to truly love another, others get swept away by feelings and lust. Some live in truth, honesty and light, others prefer secrets, deception and drama. I don't buy the BS that an essentially good person did a bad thing. I wish ya'll would stop with that terminology.

The key is that affair aside they are a good person...sometimes cheaters are narcissists who have a great side and a horrible side with lies, manipulation, gaslighting, chaos... these are not basically good people.

Just remember: True Narcissism must be diagnosed by a psychiatrist or psychologist. Monumental, towering, selfishness, often greatly resembles Narcissism.

Thank you so much, I feel feel within my heart that what you are saying is true, that God has given us commandments to forgive one another and though every situation is different these are the words of inspiration that completely penetrated to the very core of my heart. I also think that through counseling, commitment and team work we can have a successful marriage. Thank you so much.

They should’ve thought about the children before stepping out. And tell the spouse what they are about to do & try to fix it before betraying them

If you forgive a cheater she will only despise you more since women don't respect cu'kolds. No way I will stay in such marriage. I would be squeamish even to touch such a woman

Why are you people watching this video? I’m not sure why you would watch a video on reconciliation if you have no intention on forgiveness or reconciliation. You just want to get on and make comments to vulnerable people that are interested in saving their marriage and spew your cold hearted, negativity. What is your point in doing this? All you’re doing is giving people that are hopeful and want to try to fix things less hopeful and more depressed. Don’t you have anything better to do?

I'm sorry so many people are triggered by this, including you. I figure everyone has their own journey and no one can decide for another person. We all have a deep, emotional response to all of this, and rightly so. I pray for us all.

Every MH video there is someone on here telling people they have no self respect if they stand by their vows during and after infidelity and it absolutely irritates me so much. We get enough of that from everywhere else, let us have our hope without demeaning us for being loyal to the person we love, even when they are hurting us!

  • @JFBalz

When you forgive a cheating spouse, they will always know they got away with it and will not respect you.
They had their fun while you wallowed in grief and they didn’t care… until the grass stopped being greener.
    Respect yourself.
    The kids will be fine.
Put the trash on the curb.

This is not true by any means and shows more how you see it or have shown In your own personal life which is a other problem all in its own. If they think lower of you for forgiveness is that a true connection?

I met my husband, and,he proposed a year after, and we got our marriage blessed by our parents. It was a long distant relationship. We were immediately blessed with two children. All of a sudden everything changed. He got involved with another woman who already had grown children, and has grand children. For almost thirty - two years now,I have been alone with the kids. What should I do? Do you think he will come back?. The other woman has a grown child for him,who is also married with children right now.

Thirty two years, as in 32 years? My goodness! So your children are grown now if it has truly been 32 years. Surely after this many years, he's not coming back or he would've done so before now.
I am very sad for you, waiting all this time.
