Hey since you’ve personally used the MSI MAG251RX and the ASUS VG259QM, and you stated in the ASUS review that your alien ship testing methodology was inaccurate. Do you notice any real world (during gameplay) differences in the picture/responsiveness/clarity/motion blur between the two panels after having actually used them?
The best reviews of all the internet by far, the organization of all aspects of the monitor is perfect, the description of the video is very complete and you explain it clearly and without mincing the tongue, not like others who sell you the product and never say the bad points . Keep working so you will go very far.
Smart move MSI. best place to showcase a full gaming focused monitor. I will be recommending this as an option to a friend who is currently in the market for a new gaming monitor. he has been leaning toward the ASUS VG259QM
Waiting a year until you hit a million subs and someone does a “THIS IS A” compilation. Looking forward to it. Anyway, as always, incredible content man 💞
Dude after a while I knew your channel was going to blow up, and I'm so happy to watch your channel on my other RUclips channel since day one. Thanks for the videos.
I recently started building my own pc, and though it's not complete yet (waiting for the processor to come in), I'm looking into buying a monitor since my current one is meh 75hz monitor I got for free. I've already watched a few videos, but I'd feel guilty if I didn't leave a comment or do something to support. Your content is probably one of the best: it's not only organized, but laid out in a traditional argument style PIE-style, and you are super concise, talking only facts, including the shortcomings it has to and comparisons to other monitors. Not ONLY that, but your editing is incredible yet simplistic, and your pace and somewhat impassionate voice makes it super easy to listen to all the way through. It really is no wonder you grew so much in the last two years. Keep the content up, and I'll be sure to keep you in my feed! (honestly probably won't see this but hey, leaving a comment)
Watching this on my MSI MAG251RX and I totally love it. For the People afraid it will be too dimm with ELMB, I countered it with "Night Vision: Strong" and a bit of tweaking in the Graphics Driver Settings to colors and brightness.
I also have an MSI MAG251RX. can you tell me the exact "tweaking" settings you did in the nvidia control panel to counter the lower brightness with anti motion blur enabled?
@@amp741 unlucky, but i have a 5700XT. when using ELMB i use it with its black equalizer on strongest or strong and bump up the following in adrenaline: brightness 100 -> 120 contrast 100 -> 115 saturation 100 -> 110 i tweak this depending on game, but it will give you a rough estimate to go from there. the colors will never be as good as with just response time on fastet, but i think i got pretty close to useable. good luck.
