The song was written by keyboardist Tuomos Halopainen following the death of his father. Yet it is not a sad song, says Halopainen, because we also celebrate the long time we were able to enjoy him. The last film images were of Pope Leo XII, the first moving film images in 1896.

I enjoyed your commentary. You discerned many meanings about parts of the song, but didn’t put them together. I was rooting for you. The song is a celebration of our loved ones who passed on. The background showing people of another era who are no longer with us was a clue. So what did you think of the music and the incomparable voice of Floor Jansen? Many people that tune in want your thoughts on this because most will already know what the song is about. 😄🤘
