Today marks the day I saw this music video for the first time. I want to remember it... I don't have the time or energy to explain how incredible and resonant this video is, but tears are welling in my eyes and I have the chills. Im from Tacoma, very close to where Ben Gibbard is from. I joined the Army, moved to the East Coast and havent been home in 8 years. But in Korea I got to witness the sun set over the ocean for the first time in almost a decade. I got on the wrong bus which took me to the Port of Pyeongtaek during sunset. Reminded me of very much of home, and I saw the sea drown the sun. Just a different name for the same place.

I swear thats me sliding in on the piano but im like super big ? How did i get so large at that age i thought i was in grade 3 ... these look like my old classmates and my family and relatives in "san francisco" it was super confusing watching this a couple months ago for the first time

This video always puts a smile on my face.
I found this song a few years ago during a certain (good) chapter in my family's life. Now the two will forever be linked in my mind.
