Fun fact: this film was originally intended to be a sequel to the first movie. However, due to various factors, including the departure of some of the original cast members (John Goodman, Rick Moranis, Elizabeth Perkins, and Rosie O’Donnell) and a change in the production team, the decision was made to recast the roles and make it a prequel instead.

The strangest thing about this movie is that I didn't see it when it came out, and decided to randomly watch it like 15 years later. Like as an adult. Despite hating The Flinstones movie and not being a big Flinstones fan to begin with.
I still don't know why I did that. I do not deserve this meat-prison I inhabit.
