Jab-Cross-Hook-Liver Hook-Low Kick
Combo 2:
Cross-Double Left Hook-Right Hook-Left Low Kick (left foot back after Hook)
Combo 3:
Uppercut-Body Cross- Left Hook - Liver Hook-Head Kick
Combo 4:
Teep-Fake Teep-Rear Pushkick to Face-Cross-Uppercut-Cross-Uppercut

Double Left kick-Cross-Roundhouse-Hook-Roundhouse

He knows how to rotate his hips.
That traditional thing where he throws the combo at demo speed and you think 'I could do that' then he throws it full speed and you realise you couldn't

Thank you for this. I’ve just started training and I live in a small town in Northern California and have no means of being taught. These combos look effective and at the same time pretty bad ass looking at the same time.

Hey Stuart great video!!!must admit Mr. Trainor's videos are some of my many favorites. Have y'all considered a video on attacking the rear leg?It's a great target and strategy but has its own complexities of setting it up, when to go for it and tricky keeping safe doing it.
Hey, thanks, I am really glad you liked it! Damien is excellent, a phenomenal coach with an unparalleled amount of experience. Attacking the rear leg as you pointed out has it's positives (one of which being it is less conditioned) and negatives (one of which being it is further away to attack), it is definitely a subject worthy of a video so will keep in mind for future content!

Brilliant combination
You are great at teaching combos. I've been practicing these 5 for a week! Any recommendations. I'm 45 and have trained and fought.I'm learning but it seems overwhelming learning too many combos so soon. I'm going back and doing 5 minutes on each combo for 5 rounds. Then 5 more rounds on next combo. Is that what you'd recommend? I love your combos when I'm doing bag work! Thank you from the US!!
