What a talent! Damien has a gift for demonstrating and explaining his world class technique. If he could do a video on basic mechanics (switch kick for example), that would be amazing.

Look how huge those bags are 300lbs?, one I use is 150lb at the gym!But I can’t kick that high - shoulders only with my age 59, but my low kick are deadly!

Assuming you aren't doing this already, Watch his fights on RUclips and make drills yourself. I guarantee you will see improvement s on the front end and the back end if you do something like that. 😎

If you make him do it you will only see benefits on the back end. Although ideally you have both. Drills you make from footage and drills he has imposed as a game plan.

Completely agree with Erik below, start watching his fights or any training footage with a training log / pen and write down all the combos you see, slow them down and start including them into your shadow boxing, bag/pad work and sparring drills / technical sparring. Also remember that this is only a segment of a full length training video that you can purchase. All the best.

So wait.. the lead leg always lowkicks the first time? Cause the height is changing, but the lead leg isn't always... Oh NVM the lead leg starts the combination or it doesn't and left and right can both apply the same idea. I watched again and clarified. 😁

@@UltraInstinctJosie I think its a pole bag. Its so massive because it is designed to wrap around a fixed support column.

@@UltraInstinctJosie dont think you need a pole. They have them at the kstar gym I go to and definitely not wrapped around a pole
