Vitamins A, D, E and K are fat soluble vitamins so it is found majorly in animal products. Plants do not produce much fat (as they don't require it 😅) so the vitamin A that you are talking about from plants is actually a precursor to vitamin A not vitamin A itself. For vitamins A, D, E and K animal foods are the best.

When we mix and combine veg foods together they incomplete protein sources become complete thats why its imp to have balanced diet which included everything
also lentil ,beans etc have 25-30g of protein but the value shown on internet is of boiled (they remove water ,but theres lot of protein in the water that was boiled ,when we eat daal we do get the 27g of protein in 100g )

All plants contains all the amino acids, it's just varies in different amounts for different plants. We most of the time eat a variety of plants togather Like Rice and Dall, or other plant foods and thats how you can get a complete source of Protein.

It was difficult to complete protein without eggs during Navratri.
But anyhow i managed. I have included paneer milk milk powder soya chunk.still i have to consume 3 scoope whey for supplementation in order to stay under callorie deficit Yes veg diet is difficult for long term.

@@atheist_sfa 9-10 days is not too much bro. 6 egg gives only 36gm protein. One scoop whey+ some spoon of skimmed milk powder. It was managable. But in long term i can't consume so much whey because whey is damn costly than eggs.

I am 18 year old boy , I live in college hostel and eat in mess and i can't cook anything in myself hostel so can you suggest anything to support my diet a bit , and I also have an axis to college gym it has decent machines and weight so can you suggest what exercise should I do (because I had never gone to gym before)
Saturated fats are not really bad for health... They dont go rancid but unsaturated gets rancid ..
Thats why ghee, animal protein associated fat is not bad actually,,, but triglycerides in plants oil is the major culprit like sunflower oil, cotton seed oil, vanaspati ghee its all bad...
Best oils for the health for cooking at high temperatures are desi ghee, mustard oil(cold pressed sarson oil) , cold pressed coconut oil....
Olive oil shouldn't be cooked at higher temperatures
