  • DOES CBD REALLY DO ANYTHING? Real Doctor Explains Everything You Need Know About Cannabidiol CBD Oil. Doctor ER Jordan Wagner is back to explain what is CBD, CBD benefits, CBD effects, and how CBD oil impacts your body. Doctor Wagner, a real life emergency physician explains everything you need to know about CBD oil to CBD gummies and other CBD-infused products. You might have even heard of cbd for dogs to calm down, cbd skin care, cbd for cats, cbd for anxiety, cbd for sleep. All of these CBD products claiming to treat chronic pain, epilepsy (seizures), insomnia, anxiety, cancer, Parkinson's Disease, and more. But does it work?
CBD stands for cannabidiol. By definition, it is the second most prevalent of the active ingredients of cannabis (marijuana/weed). While CBD is an essential component of medical marijuana, it is derived directly from the hemp plant, which is a cousin of the marijuana plant. Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is the main psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis and causes the sensation of getting "high" that’s often associated with marijuana. However, unlike THC, CBD is not psychoactive in the peripheral nervous system.
How do you take CBD? CBD products are one of the fastest-growing segments of the health and beauty industry. Medical celebrities DoctorOz and Dr. Sanjay Gupta advocate for CBD, as well as non-medical celebrities such as Joe Rogan and Morgan Freeman. Do you use any CBD-infused products? Let Doctor Wagner know in the comments if you've used any CBD products in the past. What was your experience like? Leave any CBD reviews or life hacks below in the comments!

It will be a few hour cosy rumbling arount in bed time, not being able to sleep with a brain in full gear and some color effects on the walls but afterwards its just calm and you feel amazing and gain your freedom. Psilocybin is different man, its the only "treatment" I would recommend to someone who genuinely wants to get better. There is no addiction, withdrawal, or negative side effects. It's just pure healing., far more effective than any anti-depressant. You can thank me later

Will this satisfy the craving without falling back into the actual thing ? And if it relaxes me how it says it does, that will be a plus. I know that in order for CBD to work it has to contain small amounts of THC. Will that [technically] reset the days I’ve been weed free ? First off I have been doing CBD for my seizures for 2 years and haven't had a single seizure since I started doing CBD. Secondly the reason CBD helps with seizures is because seizures are caused by overactive brainwaves and CBD prevents seizures because it keeps your brainwaves stable by slowing them down when they get too overactive. So yes CBD does help with seizures and this has been proven clinically too that's why there's actually a prescription seizure medication that uses only CBD in it.

But I feel safe taking a dab off of a dab rig because if you take a dab at low temperatures it just vaporizes the concentrates instead of combusting them. One thing to keep in mind is that CBD vaporizes at 320° F and it doesn't combust until it reaches 600° F also I find that doing a dab requires less to get the effects and it doesn't take as long either. The effects are instant when you take a dab because it goes straight into the bloodstream immediately whereas the tincture takes some time to kick in.

I have a very slight hint of Aspergers and quite a big deal of ADHD. I also suffer with a lot of Anxiety and depression (due to circumstances in life). I had heard about this CBD for a bit and was very reluctant to take it. However I tried a couple of months back and I can honestly say it has COMPLETELY changed my world! (continued below...)
For me it took a couple of doses to start feeling the benefits and boy did I know it! At the end of the day I thought it's a load of hype and noise but when I started to see my symptoms disappear I was honestly sold. It's no magic remedy but when taken correctly and not abused the results are definitely incredible. Please note that it effects each person differently, and some people haven't noticed any difference (maybe due to taking on an empty stomach or not eating), while for others it's a life saver.
    Benefits
    - Huge improvement in mood (minimal depression, low mood, or negative thoughts)
    - Increased productivity and focus
    - Creative hobbies such as making music, writing or crafts was a pleasant surprise, and better enjoyment of music. You really can get in that creative "flow state"
    - Easier waking up in the morning
    - Clear thoughts
    - Easier to move when exercising, noticeably my elbow and knee joints
I have tried stopping this to see if it's placebo, and boom the comedown was horrible, my depression, anxiety and other things returned again 😢 so it really has worked for me personally.
After experimenting with doses I found that taking FULL SPECTRUM CDB oil with a strong coffee and some kind of fatty food (such as a bacon roll or chicken with mayo) seems to bring out the best in the oil. This may be due to the combination of Caffeine and cannibidol which pair top really well for anxiety and depression, plus the fat and oil from the meat or mayo which binds the elements of the CBD and makes it more effective. One word of warning. DO NOT take this on an empty stomach, I experienced a little sickness but many have reported it not working (like I mentioned above it's probably because the chemicals in the CBD oil requires you to eat near taking it for your body to absorb it) - In my honest opinion. I'm looking into the combination of melatonin and CBD at the moment since I don't know if SAD sunrise alarm clock lights can effect (delay) the effects, so that would be interesting to find out.
I'm no doctor, but I have experience with taking the oil... but here is a few tips for people new to taking CBD oil...
    - ALWAYS get a FULL SPECTRUM CBD oil since the chemical compounds compliment each other and works, which has been given certification by a big enough and well regulated lab. Gummies and other methods are not the most effective from what I know. Personally I'd say medium strength (but then this will vary for each individual). This will remove any heavy metals or chemicals from fertiliser or soil AND mould for those who are allergic to mould or similar bacteria (the plants are susceptible to it since they are grown in mild and humid environments).
    - Don't take too higher dosage (this is because of liver toxicity)
    - If you have LOW blood pressure be careful (since it can lower your blood pressure a good deal)
    - If you're taking beta-blockers for high blood pressure or certain medications it can interact and is recommended to avoid (ALWAYS consult with a medical professional before taking a new treatment such as CDB)
    - Start off with a single drop, then when your body is used to the oil and the effect isn't quite as strong, then increase to the recommended dose. But please do not take too much, your liver is a forgiving organ, but not indestructible!
    - If you feel drowsy a little caffeine or reduction in the amount of drops will help (don't over do it on the caffeine though, stay within the safe daily limit)
    - This can give you headaches from my experience, if you get them lay off for a day before returning to treatment.
    - If you work in a job or industry that relies on drug testing, this will show up in your system for a good deal of time after taking and will give the wrong impression to certain employers or governing bodies. If you are driving I'd recommend taking the empty carton with you in case you get stopped.
    - This one is a no brainer but like the OP says in the video check the legality of CBD in your country or state before ordering.
Personally this has changed the taboo that surrounds it, and now that various institutes are now researching and studying the use of the extraction of certain chemicals from "illicit substances" and it's effect on humans, I think the future is a bright one for medicine and truly believe that there is a whole world of untapped potential. The only sad thing is that when big Pharma and governments clock on to how in demand these things could become, they will whack up the prices and create bigger taxes which will send people in bad directions looking for access to these things. Already this CBD market is a billion dollar industry and the full spectrum CBD oil I mentioned isn't cheap! I hope that authorities will use caution when trying to capitalise on healing products.
Sorry for the long essay :D but hopefully it helps someone.

Before taking the CBD oil I used to have to go out into somewhere completely isolated and peaceful, switch off from my phone and others to have a reasonable amount of relief from the thoughts. In the first week, those racing thoughts just completely cleared, the relief really was a Godsend! It felt like the serenity people talk about when you sit at the top of a hill and mountain with a gentle breeze, and similar to that feeling after having a it was a sense of calm and peace (but not an artificial one). The clarity of thought was incredible and something that I hadn't ever experienced so I'm really hoping you will experience the same kind of relief! It's all about testing out the balance to see what works for you really. Sometimes the strongest isn't always the best, and the CBD to THC ratio sweet spot can vary, and there is a lot of good benefits if micro-dosing, so it's surprising how our bodies process things differently.
According to the recent certificate of analysis obtained through the manufactures website of my current *500mg* batch, the CBD content is 5.3% - and THC is 0.1% aprox (due to laws in my country restricting the THC content to 0.2% maximum).

I started taking CBD oil after having severe tendonitis in my foot. A friend recommended I try it after other anti-inflammatories weren't working for me. Not only did it help the inflammation in my foot, but I noticed my everyday levels of anxiety were significantly reduced and chronic pain that I have in other places was also gone. The effect after just a few days of trying it was really striking. I came into it thinking CBD was snake oil, but I have to admit, it worked well for me. I plan on continuing taking it from now on.

Less than a year after stopping, I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression. About a year later, I had my first epileptic seizure and diagnosed with that too. So I started smoking again a few years ago and everything went away. I thought all my cannabis use was the cause of these conditions, but it was the DOCTORS who disagreed with me. Saying that I've always had these conditions, but there is evidence that cannabis use can treat the symptoms. I think we need more research in to this plant.

I hope people read this. I'm 31, non smoker, non alcoholic, atlet and fit. I had only chronic back pain when I decided to try CBD OIL, used it for 5 days, until I realize that the dependency of that was giving me deep depression, anxiety, arrhythmia, constipation, diarrhea, heart pain, loss of memory, difficult in concentration, causing my muscles to "jump" randomly, sleepless. my body was asking for more cbd oil, this effect lasted for a month, I thought my body was never going to get back to normal, it made me believe that I was going to die, I will never forget it, it was a nightmare.

As a Cannabis encyclopedia, contast learning from new research, learning from highly knowledgeable. What most do not realize you need both THC and CBD. You need a tiny amount of THC, which will activate CBD, making it more effective, as without THC, you get a fraction of the benefits. If you don't believe me, research this. I have EXTREME pain. Therfore I have a lot of experience. On the cancer note, if you smoke cigarettes, smoking cannabis will decrease the risks of lung cancer. Also when use to treat cancers, you need actual RSO. Not just RSO from a dispo. This is made using 2-4LBS of cannabis bud. This doctor claimed CDD is not psychoactive, I can tell you it's not true, I used to get 150mg CBD chocolate bars, from a gas station, which intoxicated me. No CBD will not take away the cannabis effects. If anything at all you are doing is activatig all of the CBD you ingest. Allowing for more intoxication, as CBD renews the cannabanoid structure in which THC affects. This is a big reason people who are chronic users can still get medicated.

I have: Anxiety, Depression, Psoriatic Arthritis. CBD has done absolutely nothing for these issues for myself and I've tried multiple forms including high concentrate. I just hope that the positive experiences people are having aren't just placebo.

That's the thing. Whatever effects CBD has on anxiety are modest at best. THC should be 100% avoided in people with depression or anxiety because it makes symptoms worse. I'm not saying that SSRIs or benzos are the answer either. Many psychotropic prescription drugs are a band aid. They don't address the root cause. They lessen the symptoms but they won't magically cure a person.

I'm in construction, my daily routine consists of heavy lifting, kneeling/bending, climbing, laying down, etc. I don't get much pain but in my mid/upper back I get the worst consistent muscle pain I have ever had to deal with. I've tried massages, yoga and even muscle relaxers. Although the muscle relaxers work I was taking far too many. Recently I decided to pick up a 680mg CBD 40mg THC vape. I cannot express how well this works.
