When it comes to snowballs you want something that'll really knock their socks off in a fight. The more yellow they are, the more potent a weapon they are. Pissin' in the snow also makes it melt and re'arden into ice, at which point the snowball is going to hurt more as well. Really, these are the best snowballs in the market and I wouldn't buy any other kind

more than one occasion? I can only find once. He buys and sells wholesale, I assume this happens more often than you think, and he just gets more attention because he's already well-known.
@@JustinKoenigSilica It does happen but It''s a thing some guys do where they'll go to the wholesalers and buy the last remainders that are on the brink of going bad and sell them to places like cheap takeaways etc which are in theory supposed to be used the day of and this is a known practice so it wasn't a mistake or an oversight, he knew what he was doing and idk that kind of business and doing things like that really shows your character, if you don't care that you're selling bad produce it's just a scummy practice.

Makes me glad I live in Florida, the availability for fresh fish is all over. It's always cheaper, tastier, and healthier than frozen supermarket fish. It's a shame most people don't use local businesses anymore, and resort to big box retailers.
Fish markets are dying, and it's a shame when you have to resort to sub-par food.
I live near 2 of the Great Lakes, and it's not generally advisable to eat fish caught in them, or many of the rivers/tributaries.

My favorite, incredibly easy thing to do with a fillet of salmon is to wrap it in foil with two 1/4" slices of butter underneath and one on top, skin side down, with a rub of curry powder, montreal seasoning, or whatever rub you're into. Put it on a grill or bake it. I open it up slightly after 7 minutes or so on the grill and press with a fork to test if it's cooked through. The over takes longer, even at 400F. My favorite rub is curry. It's a perfect earthy compliment to the sweet, oily meat. When it's done, I just unwrap the top, pop it on a plate and eat the delicious fish still stewing in hot, seasoned butter sauce. The skin tends to stick nicely to the foil. Not the best presentation, but it tastes amazing and makes for easy cleanup.

That Roger guy, you should see his goes at markets around the world. That hat though still speaks volumes, fits him perfect. One day a bucket list item will be to sit on a table with Roger and Gordon. That one day will be a dream come true. Both experts at field and does not take crap but still show a human understanding side to things. Just lovely.

I'm 25 years old and two months ago i visited Egypt and had fish for lunch for the first time in my life. it tasted so great and loved it. i thought fish had dozens of tinny bones and tastes nasty, but i was completely wrong. although my hometown is a coastal city and well known for having fish meal every friday, but never tried fish until i traveled abroad lol. i don't even know how to swim XD.
I hate eating fish but when my grandma make me a "Rellenong Bangus" I didn't remember my name that was the first time I really liked the fish...

What's weird is that I love raw salmon but cooked... not so much.
It is extremely easy to overcook salmon into a dry, canned tuna type wreck. If you don't mind it raw, try cooking at very high temp just to sear a tasty crust on it all around. The inside should be warm but not fully cooked.
Agreed, cook it right - quickly but heat through, pull it out and enjoy!

@@intello8953 You are not supposed to. Yet terrifyingly almost every sushi restaurant does. I was a fresh fish buyer and the amount of orders from Yo Sushi for our Salmon was massive and we only sold farmed. That's why I don't eat sushi.

I used to go Salmon fishing off the coast of northern California, catch them in the morning, eat them in the afternoon. Cooked them in the dishwasher. Incredibly delicious when they are that fresh.

I eat fish about 3 times a week or more.
Mackerel is really good. Cod is great for fish and chips. I catch my own Catfish for cornmeal battered and Jalapeño Hushpuppies.
Salmon and whole Telapia. Good ol' Crab Boil on special occasions.
Go out for sushi sometimes.

True what you are saying - fresh fish should have no distinct odor / smell. I also learned from my partner that the eyes should be clear and not cloudy.
When I walk through the fish section of the grocery or shop (like Jardin Mobile / Unimer here in QC), I expect no smell. Very clean and nice here.

I'm not a big eater of fish myself, but strangely I like fried smelt - they smell like hell when they are cooking, but taste almost sweet - good stuff
