Near my area also have a wholesale fish (1 section) and vegetables (1 section). Just half minute drive from my house. But you have to wake up very2 early (1am till 6am). Seafood everything cheaper by 1 time. Yes! Very affordable cheap & good quality abundance large garoupa and many kinds of fishes and seafood. But have to admit your wholesale market have more exotic varieties than ours.
