    • @soulman7soulman784
      @soulman7soulman784 Год назад +6

      Exactly, Fulton County Sheriff’s Department is bogus. Documented court room policy and procedures states, sheriff’s deputies shall never allow unauthorized contact or visits between defendant(s) and/or others during any and all court proceedings.
      The preventive measures within the policies and procedures for maintaining the safety and order within the court room where violated by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department, whom willfully failed to follow and adhere to the standard security and safety policies by allowing an unauthorized person to have available and readily access to a defendant seated at the counsel’s table.
      The entire court’s safety was negligently placed in jeopardy due to Fulton County Sheriff’s Department failure to follow their own court room safety procedures and policies.
      There’s no doubt those responsible for the Judicial branch of work professionalism and ethics concerning courtroom safety procedures, should reprimand the Sheriff’s Department concerning their failure to secure and maintain a safe an uninterrupted court proceeding. What a debacle and embarrassment.

Co-D pled out, [ = witness for Prosecution in order to get plea to hold] If testifying 1st that day; he'd be in Court waiting to be called. He was followed by an LE Guard - maybe he was saying he had to use the restroom 🚻 which would have to be back in the incarcerated holding tank portion (not public ones) , thus why Blue Suit man had 'supervised' access to walk behind YT. Bailiff caught the transaction as he was in front 👀. Transaction prob planned to take place during shuffle of "All Rise".

Basically a situation of accept this item and make discovery later. This did appear to be quite a brief interaction... as if Adam's wasn't expecting a reply of any kind. The thing that you are avoiding asking is how would he know what it was are they in the same jail do they have connections to each other that could have told him that was getting delivered It's possible that he thought it could have been something to pass to his lawyer to help his case

      If he passes evidence to a lawyer it has to be submitted into record. Usually prior to the case and approved by the judge.

    This case is so chaotic because it is too big. They should have strictly the rico case and a verdict on that. Then, each defendant independently would have to respond to the charges which apply to only whatever charges apply to himself. To have this totum revolutum of a case, (in Spain we call messes like this a "cajón de sastre", the place where everything that has not a fix abode gets dropped) is crazy. I don't even know how to call this in English. Help anyone?
