Serious question: how long does prosecuting a RICO trial with 191 criminal charges actually take? Given how many defendants there are, and they all seem to have really shrewd lawyers. If I’m a juror in this case it already looks sloppy and the prosecution hasn’t done their homework correctly.
If it continues in this manner, I would give it 4 months before dismissal

Free that man. The DA is being able to break the law of the court. Criminal justice system is a joke . The judge needs to call it mistrial until they get their case together.
The defense arguments are "interesting". One being one of them has no trust in the justice system, which the prosecution could use just as good to highlight how they live outside the law. The other one is multiple of them playing the "we're just victims of our surroundings" card. Especially a bold thing to say for a murderer at this age.
Most attorneys practicing law are not trial attorneys and that’s why so many of them
struggling because they are used to giving plea deals and not familiar with the processes in a trial.
