You can talk, talking as an action doesn't mean you're incriminating yourself, especially when there's nothing that acts as proof of a crime. Words have multiple meanings, and the entertainment industry has alot of machismo factors within male expressions, plenty of people depict themselves in mafioso or gangster ways but are law abiding citizens. It's just music and entertainment at the end of the day.

The state proved their case when he read his plea deal. They made him take the stand just to get their plea deal back because he stated he didn’t understand what he plead out to.. At this point he’s not hurting the state but his attorney whose license is at state . He’s breaking tho he want to help thug but he’s not going to jail either he already chose hisself first once
