    Just complete 10000 steps daily, you will feel the difference within a month...
    Then after food also you can do walking, it will help to digest your food easily and you will feel light and will get good sleep also...
    You can do walk in your house terrace or garden, no issues... Just do walking, happy walking. 👍

    It really helps and also relaxes. Covid time was best. Had all the time in the world. Went for long walks with no vehicles on the road. Have reduced 4 kgs.

    Before seeing this video I started deit perday 1200cal intake, walking 1. 30 hrs, iam 74. 500kg, only 4days l followed deit and walking now iam 73kg.i followed regular home made food only but I calculate calories help of healthiefy app.

      @creat ss totally cut off rice. Juz eat meat n veg as per normal, or u can add 1 table spoon of rice. N the key is try to drink alot of water abt 3l per day.
      Before any meal drink 1 glass of water n after every meal i glass of water. So ur tummy will b full. So if possble abt 30 mins of walking. Let u sweat as much as possible

    Great brother for your transformation ans inspirations👏🏻👏🏻.I was also been in weight loss transformations 125kgs to 75kgs in 13 months without any shortcuts.Now Im trying to build muscles and shape.I can able to feel your pain behind your transformation.But according to me walking won't help 20 kgs in 90 days even when u r in eat stop eat fasting diet.Walking,jogging,running on various intensity of time will support more for weightloss.Dont mistake its just my suggestion.Encourage your followers as always and be their master.     Excellent bro.. I was 94 last month.. I started my walking on 12-12-2020. I covered a distance of 5 kms per day. Today is 24_01-2021 my weight is 87 kgs.. My target is to reach 70 kgs by 22-03-2021. First I had a doubt that could I make it or not?? But after watching your video.......My mind said I can do it.... Thanks for your tips

      Walking without dieting is useless sir. I also ended up as failure. But I started paleo diet with walking. My weight started to reduce first time in my life. First diet second exercise is the secret.
