Just complete 10000 steps daily, you will feel the difference within a month...
Then after food also you can do walking, it will help to digest your food easily and you will feel light and will get good sleep also...

Before seeing this video I started deit perday 1200cal intake, walking 1. 30 hrs, iam 74. 500kg, only 4days l followed deit and walking now iam 73kg.i followed regular home made food only but I calculate calories help of healthiefy app.

Before any meal drink 1 glass of water n after every meal i glass of water. So ur tummy will b full. So if possble abt 30 mins of walking. Let u sweat as much as possible
