I have the 1st generation apple watch they're now no longer supporting and calling "generation zero". It's weird watching this video and seeing how fast you can do things on the new apple watch.

Just look at how things evolved for iPhone and iPad. The series 4 is much more powerful and includes a 64 bit processor so that will allow it to be supported and run for a longer period of time
In most cases you probably won’t need it anyways, I opted for the cellular version just to have the option but haven’t actually set up a plan since I got my watch.

Does this mean my watch won’t start changing my audio randomly now when my sleeve brushes against the Digital Crown? I hate that. Turned this off to see how that goes. I’ve been waiting for a software update to fix this. I didn’t know about the long press to flash the iPhone while pinging or the scrolling through words while writing either. Good stuff guy!
I think I prefer the honeycomb app layout over list view...from your phone you can rearrange the tiles which is nice. I try to cluster similar apps together...ie- communication apps at top of honeycomb, productivity at bottom, audio to left, others to right

Apple watches are incredibly buggy. It’s crazy that people buy them activities is crazy buggy compared to Fitbit. The walkie talkie app doesn’t send invites... I could go on.

My Gen4 Apple Watch's digital crown has no haptic feedback when scrolling down. Funny thing is if I scroll upwards then scroll down, haptic works just fine.
I would pay the extra money for at least the series 4. It provides a larger display in a thinner form factor, better haptics, and a ton of upgraded features that are worth researching. If you go to Apple's website, it provides you a one to one comparison between the 5 and 3 if you're interested. It's under the Watch tab.
With the series 3 being so cheap right now every iPhone user should get an apple watch. I look much less at my phone because i can see everything on my watch now. It may seem a bit useless but some days i use my watch more than my iPhone
Hi. Did you know you can have your text messages delivered as either texts or audio? In the iPhone watch app scroll to messages: Dictated Messages: Transcript/Audio or both can be selected. 1. You open messages on the watch. 2. Speak. 3. Press Send 4. Two options appear. 5. Send as audio or text. 😀
1) press and hold, then pull down/up to get to notification or control center from within an app. 2) long press find-iphone button to have phone also flash it's light in addition to tone., 3) there exists an apple tv app... (k?) 4) force touch the app honeycomb to switch to alphabetical list view of apps 5) macs can unlock via apple watch proximity (but not for older macs, not first login after boot, or after protracted period) 6) when typing on watch, digital crown will show predictive text 7) setting - general - wake screen, you can turn off auto-launch audio apps.(if you prefer to not always be brought to audio app when waking watch while audio app is playing)
So I thought Apple watch with spotify is awesome, but got frustrated because you can't play it without your phone. Who's buying music in iTunes? I wonder what would I do with the remaining 25GB space in this watch. I really want to see more "reason" why we should buy Apple Watch. :-(
You don’t explain how to unlock your MacBook Pro with your Apple Watch when the option(s) isn’t there 🤷🏽♂️, yes I’ve done everything you said to do and in security/privacy it don’t give me that option and I’d like to use it!

December 2020, force hold on your apps does not allow you to change the view. It is only allowing you to delete an app. To switch between Grid View and List View, go on to the Apple Watch app, then App View change your preference there.

I am facing the problem in my apple watch having manufacturing defect (crack appeared around the complete border of watch) which apple senior advisors clearly accepted on a phone call that its a manufacturing defect but they highlighted one other lame reason( glass chip off at one corner of watch which i am so confident that it was due to that existing crack on the borders which has completely weakened the glass) and thus they clearly refused to take my watch under their replacement programme. Apple should understand that every customer counts and when you know that you are delivering a product which has manufacturing defects (Apple have confirmed that on their official site as well ) whereas your senior advisor on a phone call are just finding the reasons to avoid the product getting covered in replacement programme. We are buying the product from so called reputed company and not somewhere from road side. We are paying lot of money not to buy the products having manufacturing defects and later not being entertained anywhere from apple representatives.
Anyone having issues with the tap on screen and it don't wake or come on ?! Series 4 and S3 .. Done the hold the crown and side button down til the apple logo shows up , that fixed it for a day or two . Phones are on the new updates so are the iwatches it's getting annoying ... Any suggestions would be great .. TIA

8th tips never set a passcode to your Apple Watch because if you was to loss or have your Apple Watch stolen no one can open it so it will never connect to find my Iphone so you will never find it. with no code it can connect to random hotspots and send the location thanks me later
