Same thing here dude! No one believed me when I would say my heart would race just randomly, got the Apple watch 6 and it got a few readings of my episodes. Took these to my doctor and got a patch monitor on and clocked my heart at 280 bpm during an episode. That was enough to say I had SVT. Got an ablation from there and everything has been crystal smooth since.

One tips that I usually see about Apple Watch when it comes to text messaging is using its small keyboard. There’s a better and easy way to write text on Apple Watch: dictation. I always use dictation. Way faster and convenient than to type manually on the small keyboard.

I really appreciate the coordination between my I watch and iPhone. I set my phone to ring silently, so that numbers that are not in my contact list don’t ring, but the caller can leave a message. I also call all numbers back. If it is busy or doesn’t answer, it’s a Robo call.

I’m not finding anything about what you said on my own watch, but would it be under touch accommodations? I will check now to find out. The only thing I get here, after turning touch accommodations on, is a message saying that if you have trouble using the touchscreen, adjust the following options… However, the options are not shown. I’ll try going back and finding out what options they would be. It might not be available on my watch, or in my region even. Seems pretty futuristic, so. sorry, but I’m afraid to comment is no good here. I don’t have that feature available. I guess on this version of my Apple Watch is that or in my region in the United States, Missouri.

I tried the gestures but since I swim laps I realized that the watch thought I was doing gestures as my left hand was just swimming and I was keeping my fingers together as I was doing a stroke.
By the way the dedicated swim apps suck as they want you to pay for the app and pay more to use them

for those who want to control a vehicle with watch: drone mobile and compustar is what I use. you can lock, unlock, remote start, and more via the watch. you can touch or do voice commands..

examples of the use: with apple Siri; hey Siri-start my Tahoe { or whatever you name your vehicle}. hey Siri- unlock my Tahoe. but you can also just use finger and touch the icons on the watch or phone.
