For Noise Cancellation/Transparency Modes, you don't need to use your watch at all. You can simply invoke Siri on your airpods and turn the modes on or off.
can someone please help me. i have the gold stainless steel cellular series 7 and i say. hey siri. and it opens then i say. set a reminder. it says sorry i did not get that try again. every fucking time. my friend who has series 3 aluminum does it and it works. if i ask anything else it works. i think its not picking up reminder well. ive noticed it written like remin-der or re-minder. but im saying it like reminder lol wtf. idk what to do?
Hi there, will the night stand mode not burn the pixels on the watch screen? just like AOD on smart phones? they move the clock throughout the screen to avoid the burn outs.
I had the same question when I first bought this watch. I agree with the below comments. I started using a full cover that covered the sides and screen but i took it off after 6 months because it was too bulky for exercising. 3 years later....not a scratch! I do have a cheap clear click on cover that i put on just when I work with tools or in the garden, then take it off when i’m done. However my partner only had her watch for 2 month and it’s already trashed! My advice would be, start off getting a cover and trial it for a few months to see how careful you are. Then maybe consider taking it off. Hope this helps. Also, be careful getting a cheap cover, they can actually create scratches.
I am very sensitive to scratches and considered getting the Apple Watch with the upgraded crystal but opted for the base one. I have no scratches in spite of the watch getting dinged many times. Definitely not ye olden days with Swatch watches.
