Bravo on getting the message out there. That "animal lover and crusader" who gets angry when he's reminded of his hypocrisy takes the cake. The combination of ignorance and entitlement is always so embarrassing at best.

Excellent vegan outreach,really loved and felt the emotions from the first lady interviewed, this is how every human should be feeling about the horrific cruelty towards animals.
She had compassion,integrity ,courage and empathy. The person who claims that he was vegetarian needs to watch " the best speech you will ever hear" Gary Yourofsky and hopefully he will do the right thing and choose to live a violent free life and stop abusing animals.
The last man was a typical triggered eater of animals, saying one thing and doing the opposite.
If one is against violence towards animals one must be vegan !
You are either an Animal Abuser or you are not, you can't be both.

Great work, Amber. The last person: “people who abuse animals are incredibly simple-minded”, then a minute later vehemently defended abusing animals for his taste pleasure. Really ignorant about what really happens and just didn’t want to listen so chooses willful ignorance 🤦♂️
Just wanted to thank you Amber, for all you do for the animals. I'm usually part of a group when I do activism, but I still find that daunting sometimes. So to do it on your own is so brave & commendable, especially when you have to deal with idiots like that last guy.

would've liked to see where his take on 'consent' went, didn't start off well. "I'm going to assume they consent" is not a great position to be in.

That last one wasn't very bright... If he was trying to make an environmental point with that "vegans r.pe the land" comment then he should know that animal products are worse for the environment in every environmental metric we have: Land use, water use, ghg emissions, eutrophication, deforestation, habitat loss, carbon sink opportunity cost, biodiversity loss.
And it harms animals in top of that.
He needs to look into it more or he will continue to sound ridiculous.
If only I had time to inform him of how wrong he is! People are fed such misinformation

It grosses me out when people fully admit that the taste of meat is why they refuse to even consider going vegan. They know what they are doing and the anguish it causes. So incredibly selfish.

The taste of Meat is just one of the reasons. Another is you can’t get everyone the body needs from plant foods! If homosapiens didn’t have animal proteins we wouldn’t have evolved the way we are and wouldn’t have made it to the top of the food chain
I became a vegetarian at 14 and continued to be a vegan and even a raw food vegan for many many years. now I am super sick I have MCAS , which means I am basically allergic to all food except meat.. It was terrible for me to have to start eating animals , however I can tell you that once I did I came back from death's door. Without meat I would not be here. As much as we need to stop all abusive treatment of animals asking people to give up eating meat is very wrong.. encouraging children to be vegan is so damaging to their bodies. Most plants are actually toxic to us , celery for example has completely destroyed my intestines..

I hope you go to recourses such as challenge22.com and the app chronometer to plan a proper plant based diet so that you can live in a way which is aligned with your ethics.

Oh dear. What is the ingredient in meat that is not in a plant based diet, that saved you from death’s door?
Im an animal lover and used to be a vegan. However my health became so bad so i had to add animal protein to my diet and now i am full carnivore and my health has never been better. I think that if animals are killed humanely then its very important that humans consume meat for their health.

Yeah it's hard to cope with these people sometimes. Though for every conversation with someone as ignorant as that I have 10 great conversations, so I think it's best to focus on these 💚

Everytime someone says its a difficult process... how? Isn't it like 100 times more difficult for the animal? Literally their only life gone just like that for some human zombie to feast on?. Appalling to say the least.
Animal lovers often have cats and dogs. What your pet is supposed to eat?
if they truly need it then there isn't another option is there. But studies are showing that cats and dogs need specific nutrients, not specific ingredients. Did you know that the natural essential amino acids in meat are cooked out of cat food during processing? So even in conventional cat food then need to add artificial taurine

I assume you are completely oblivious to how many animals are slaughtered due to farming plants. All the birds that die from pesticides, all the squirrels and alike that are ground up, all the insects that are killed, not to mention all the plants you eat. They're living organisms too. What about the soil and land that is destroyed from monocropping? Also, humans are obligate carnivores. Meat contains every essential nutrient we need to survive, no need to ever consume plants. Plants are deficient in multiple nutrients and are in fact full of toxins and antinutrients.
You're using provocative strong language to get a response from people, which will immediately make people feel defensive and double down on views rather than have a factual based conversation.
I try to do a bit of both, as often people dont have much time. I am changing my style a bit though to include more connecting and basic beliefs to build a moral base for the conversation.

I have nothing against vegans. As long they do not come in my face screaming "Stop eating meat". Would be the same if i would go into their face shouting "Eat meat". You do you. As long it is all peaceful, its all good. Forcing your way of view to other people, is very 1932 like, "my way is the right way or else". Glad that you are a peaceful fellow.
I agree, I would never tell someone what do do. On the same hand though I will provide information and share the perspective of the animals unapologetically, as this is how social progress is always made - open discourse.
I think freedom of choice is important, however the interests of beings who are vulnerable and cannot fight for their own rights need to be defended and all I ask is people are open minded to change, as I am.

If you eat wildlife or if you do not, makes a very little difference. Difference is that if you stop eating meat you become a sheep and loose your resilience.

No, not for me, meat is important to me and my family. I'm fine with slaughtering my own meat if need be but I dont cause any undue suffering to any animal. Each to their own and I'll be happy if you let me be.
It may feel important but it is not a necessity. Have you considered your relationship with the animals that are being exploited to sustain you? A plant-based diet is great for you and your family, plus it causes less unnecessary suffering. I dont tell you to do anything, just ask you consider this option which will improve the wellbeing of everyone.
"Each to their own" does this include if someone wants to organize a dog fight? don't worry the dog fight won't cause any "undue" suffering to any animal
