And if it doesn't perform well I think we should get another TMNT series that is more serious ID say they should take influence from both the 2003 animated show the 2012 series the mirage comics and the idw comics for the inspiration for the tone

I would love for some version of Bepop and Rocksteady to be depicted as a couple, especially if they have a "offspring". I find it cute in IDW to see them raise Anchovy the Velociraptor
I wonder if the mutant duo are in the movie of ROTTMMT the movie which I haven not seen this movie from last year but I am looking forward to see the spider verse movie of ninja turtles because a Rocksteady and bebop are in this new movie and they will be played by the same voice actor who played donkey Kong mantis and the other same voice actor who played Jakob Torreto and Baron Draxum and peacemaker
What if foot lieutenant and brute were bebop and rocksteady? They sort of act like them, they work for shredder, incredibly loyal, both morons, yeah that’s sounds possible

the show wasn't canceled, it's on hiatus and depending on how well the rise movie does will determine if the show comes back or if it gets canceled

Rise of the TMNT isn't a bad show it's just not a great show. I think it's a fun take on the TMNT.
