The truth has its drawbacks, such as rust, lack of fasteners, cheap hanging system, cheap pillows. But this is the only helmet so far honestly holding a 7n28 hit (9x21 aka SP-11, in fact, FMJ).

    In my opinion these plates probably were NOT pulled off downed soldiers. Both sides have coordinated efforts to spread morale lifting false messages, e.g. "150,000 dead russians". I don't really care for either side in the conflict, but I think it's funny that people believe russians are being equipped with Chinese air rifles (NOT paraphrasing Brandon herrera had a video about this same incident mocking it as if it were fact)

      @@konstantin070797 yeah there was a video by a popular youtuber called "Brandon Herrera", basically he's an American firearms youtuber and he has this thing where he reviews clips about weapons.
      A lot of people had been fooled by a Ukrainian video of a Chinese air rifle being picked up off the ground saying "oh look this was taken off a dead Russian soldier". There is no dead soldier in the video and the air rifle looked like it had been in an attic for months, NOT in the hands of a soldier.
      There's lots of fake news in this war everywhere. This is how news is now I suppose, but its crazy that so many people believe this stuff when it makes zero sense and is so easy to see as fake.
      But yeah Chinese firearms are actually not bad at all, they used to make very bad ak's for $50 in the 90s and sell them to Africa (Vladimir Onkoy from Kalashnikov concern has some videos about his experience with these rifles).

      As for the information, for us it’s as if there is no such problem, we clearly know no matter how hard the residents of 404 try, everything is even, and they understand it, it becomes more difficult to lie, there are fewer people, funding is also not eternal, human resources are running out. For you, maybe we don’t have any choice, we are not satisfied with the world with the Nazis and heretics who bang peaceful people is the same as throwing their marks ... In the meantime, they can carry out general mobilization and send another batch of meat to the front, only now let them pray when they get to the Bakhmut direction, now they will only be buried there, after recent events they themselves issued a black mark to all their soldiers. In other matters, we do not mind, a war without sentimentality has long been suggested, there is no longer any point in pitying the killers.

If these kinds of issues can happen to the worlds premier military force, it can also happen to second and third rate forces. There is also the fact that the media is playing this up as a big deal yet Ukraine didn't have rifles or munitions until the rest of the western world stepped in for them.

      Okay but Ukraine had rifles, they even had enough to hand them out to civilians in Kiev when it seemed the VDV was going to push into the city. It's just that you can't go from a 250k strong army to declaring mobilization and outfitting 700k soldiers. Their major issue with munitions was that their artillery is mostly Soviet era, and most of Ukraine's allies only have NATO standard munitions. So they had to scrounge up shells from Bulgaria, Pakistan, etc. and eventually start donating 155mm artillery pieces.

It also just so happens, that the granit plates are composed of squares. It's almost like they did a cutout, took out the square of ceramic and posted it on twitter.

    1:17 looking into these two I found out few details. That pont on right of fake plate seems like to be a tecnological rudiment of pressed production as when real one is made by high pressure casting. you can clearly see difference on quality of edges. Fake one, how weird it wont sound, is better quality.
    Both technologies is used in russia but first beeing cheap and easy to mass scale prefered by militarry while second is more of a civilian customer thing where visual apealing is a thing. It still doesnt give conclussive answer on whats going on but here is few theories.
    1- russia is scaling up productions, but due to the fact that they litreally have nothing whatever were produced already is send with shortcuts on quality control.
    2- Ukrain somehow is managing to sabotage russian supplies with fake plates
    3- Its fake. So far in this war there was many weird attempts to kid the enemy. And in contrast on some tries, making fake fake armor is not so crazy of an idea.

    Honestly it's possible that some bad plates were mixed in with the real ones to "supplement" shortage, also possible that a soldier got scammed trying to get body armor... And then it's also possible that the fake armor is NATO psyop to reduce Russian confidence in their armor. In any case, Russian morale has been quite low since the beginning, and that hasn't been helped by the clever use of strategic media information sharing through Russian forces.
    What we can say is that there are no certainties, especially in war.

      Low Russian morale is the NATO psyop

    • @JohnSmith-bh8um
      @JohnSmith-bh8um Год назад +3

      It's possible. The issue is, there are no real shortages on the Russian front. Not even a smidge of proof of any shortage. Truthfully, Russia hasn't even really used its own military for this incursion. They've mostly relied on Wagner forces which are private military Corp and source their own equipment. But if you watch a western Media or a European media they will tell you something completely false. Which is extremely concerning for someone who is just looking for truth and wants an unbiased opinion.
      I honestly think you're right about it being a psyop. That it's only designed to decrease moral amongst Russian troops. Wouldn't be too difficult to find a deceased soldier and place a dummy plate on him

    • @V3RTIGO222
      @V3RTIGO222 Год назад +4

      @@JohnSmith-bh8um there's no conventional shortages, we'll say. The lack of maintenance of their ridiculously large fleet of vehicles is quite obvious however, as it costs a lot to maintain that much equipment. Considering the amount or corruption in the Russian government, which certainly exceeds American military and political corruption in most conventional regards, the amount of funding pulled away from Russian forces is having a severe effect on their actual effectiveness. Shortages of equipment are due more to logistical errors and handicapping via convoy attacks over lack of legitimate supply of resources in Russia.
      Russia nor any other military world power, despite having overwhelming forces, can't take a country of militants for long, if at all. The supply chain to Afghanistan and the middle east has been absolutely minimal, and despite that Guerilla tactics have and always will always prevail on home turf... Compare that to Ukrainian access to Javelin systems and other modern guided AT/AA munitions as well as vast NATO information chains including satellite support, and it starts to become very clear Putin made a grave error.
      It doesn't matter how many tanks, ammo, and guns you have at home when you're on someone else's turf with what you have on your back. Your effective supply then, is nothing but what someone can bring to you, assuming they can make it to where you are.
