    I eat tons of cheese (usually sliced not melted), full fat yogurt, avocados and peanut butter. Those 4 things are key in keeping me from constant snacking and overeating. I'm almost 42 and my cholesterol and triglyceride levels are normal 🧀

      Eating food that have cholesterol does not raise your cholesterol levels. Everything she went over is in my food plan. I eat keto. I love sweets so I bake keto. The site Hungry Elephant and Everyday I dream about Food totally excellent recipes.
      Made almond paste and blueberry muffins and they were the bomb! Tried to make fathead dough but I failed probably because I used shredded mozzarella rather than shredding my own. There’s a coating on each strand of that shredded mozzarella which didn’t allow for it to melt properly.
      I’ll try again!

    Not only is full fat dairy better it doesn’t have all the artificial ingredients

    I noticed that you showed Alexandre A2 milk. My holistic nutritionist also recommended A2 milk. Please do a video on A2 milk and cows so folks know that it is sooooo much healthier than A1 milk which is most of the milk out there. A2 cows are really special.

    It's crazy, if I eat low fat or nonfat dairy my face gets really red and I'll have breakouts later. Not so with full fat dairy! Definitely love these videos, they've totally changed how I eat and I've lost weight without trying.

    The power of cheese (I hate blue cheese though). When I was a kid, my mom bought into the low-fat dairy and margarine. I got to switch when I was in my 20s. Now she gets either whole milk or 2%. Sometimes I still buy low-fat yogurt or cottage/ricotta cheese and other times I get more fat. Whole and 2% milk are much more creamy and flavorful than watered-down skim milk.
    Burger patties are nice and easy to make, especially if you buy them pre-made. I try to get a variety of meat, both red and white.
    While I don’t have avocado a lot, I recently found some avocado cups that can be frozen so it can help me to have some without it going bad as fast.

    Due to having chronic pancreatitis and EPI, I've been told to eat super low fat - no more than 20-30 grams a day and no red meat. I feel awful eating this way. I feel like I'm doing more harm than good. Any suggestions?

    Thanks again Autumn and hello from Ontario, Canada. I love all of your videos and currently bingeing them all again. Unfortunately a lot of grocery stores in my area don’t offer high fat plain Greek yogurt and healthy cottage cheese (a lot of weird ingredients in the cottage cheese). Many brands of Greek yogurt are often flavoured and have a lot of sugar or are 0% fat options. I have to go on a mission to find grass fed, higher fat Greek yogurt. Not easy to find :(

    • @lesleybrookskiir6362
      @lesleybrookskiir6362 2 месяца назад

      For the plain grass fed higher fat greek yoghurt look for “Olympic” brand - it should be available in most of the major supermarkets in Ontario (usually where they sell the organic dairy products). It has a green lid.

    • @Sarahelizabeth1112
      @Sarahelizabeth1112 2 месяца назад

      @@lesleybrookskiir6362 thank you so much for your response. That is the kind that I used to find at my local grocery store and they offered the 4% MF version. Lately they got rid of the higher fat Olympic brand and only offer 0% fat and then the flavoured types. So strange.

    Gotta say it’s depressing our AUD$ is so weak.
    You get I think I could read 24 Oz for US$6.49
    24 Oz being = 680.389 gms
    I’m paying AUD$7.50 for 500gms ☹️ that’s the largest size sold too.
    Sigh
    I’m glad you have busted the myths about dairy and my friend cheese. 👍

    When it comes to dairy, I miss them unfortunately, I only consume whey isolate protein now; doctors said I need to eliminate the consumption, nonetheless once I am back on consuming dairy, I am going to opt on anything that is either goat or sheep milk or combination. I am not lactose intolerant; I have issues with the A1 casein protein which is dominant in cow's milk. Therefore, cheese will be back on the menu (I love feta cheese, I am Greek anyway and any cheese to be fair). As for yoghurt and kefir, in Greece both are also produced from goat and sheep milk. These yoghurts have less protein than the strained cow's milk one, known as Greek yoghurt to you. I don't consume much red meat, it's harder for me to digest but I opt for leaner cuts when I do consume.

    Though I have PCOS, all dairy products, milk, yogurt, whey protein powder seem to suit my body completely and I have no issues with them so can I continue to keep dairy in my daily diet? Because all my doctors say it’s alright to have dairy and gluten with PCOS !
    Also what about tofu?

    Hi Autumn! I believe all you are teaching, but I truly can't eat ANY of the foods you mentioned because my LDL levels go through the CEILING when I do! I can only eat 0 fat dairy and have switched over to only seafood with zero sat fat. It's a bit of a struggle. BUT! I do use so many of your amazing recipes, just using 0 fat options and REALLY love your protein powder and cottage cheese ideas! You're amazing! :)
