@JapaneseCookingChannel it's actually not yours. I've seen you use the pouches and I think you said you buy them that way. I haven't found them here yet so I tried making them from scratch. I now have tofu hockey pucks. Lol!

Need help from the tribe. I attempted to make fried tofu, like the little pouch kind. I used firm tofu. It was a complete failure. 😂
