    Ingredients [for 1-2 servings]
    ・4.5 oz (128g) Thinly slice pork loin
    ・1.4 oz (40g) Onion
    ・1 oz (15g) Gingar
    ・2 tbsp Sake
    ・2 tbsp Soy sauce
    ・1 tbsp Sugar
    ・1 tbsp Mirin
    Topping
    ・Shredded cabbage
    ・Mayonnaise

    Ingredients [for 2 servings]
    Fried shrimp (Ebi-furai)
    ・2.8 oz (80g) Shrimp (4 Shrimps)
    ・1 tbsp Flour
    Creamy crab croquette
    ・5.3 oz (150g) White sauce (Béchamel sauce)
    ・2 oz (60g) Potato
    ・1.7 oz (50g) Crab sticks
    ・1 oz (30g) Onion
    ・2-3 tbsp Corn
    ・1.5 tsp Butter
    ・2 tbsp Milk
    ・A pinch of Salt and pepper
    ・1/2 tsp Consomme (or other stock powder)

    I love your cooking.
    It's very different to what I am used to, but I am getting a lot of ideas from what you cook! I am used to Chinese home cooking, but this is helping me understand Japanese home cooking.
    It's now midnight here, but I am feeling hungry now! I wish I can eat korroke - yours looks easier to cook too!

    I love these recipes! Everything looks so delicious❤
    But be careful with the amount of wakame seaweed (or any other seaweed) everybody, for it naturally contains very much iodine🙇‍♀️. Consuming too much iodine can be harmful for your thyroid glands. So please always read the serving recommendations on your seaweed packages.🙏🤗

      いっぱい過ぎ食べなら危ないそうかも知れんな(だけど美味しい〜😜)。でも、日本の定食の普通のセパレーションは半分プロテイン後ご飯と味噌汁と野菜やので、間違い無い日本食がヘルシーっと言うだろ?
