    it's almost like you might as well keep the box to store and transport it in since it goes together so easy!

    Are the listed control surface throws correct? It shows the El at 18mm and the rudder at 30mm. The plane comes with those reversed. The elevator @100% is about 30 while the rudder @ 100% is at ~16. 30mm on the rudder seems pretty high.

      I usually disregard published controls, especially when they seem excessive. Set a high, medium & low travel for all surfaces, that way you can adjust if needed after takeoff.

    How would someone find out about upcoming/new models that will be released from FMS? Do you guys know if they have any near future releases?

      Any idea what they are? I love the flightline brand from freewing, but there is no uk distributor, so now it’s extremely expensive to get them. I used to have the 1450mm V8 red tails mustang, I wish they did other schemes, more Japanese aircraft, British etc. but you never know what is coming and when? Do you know what the new models are and what the sizes will be?

    Waiting for my "FMS P-47 RAZORBACK 1500MM" for today or tomorrow.
    Comes from Germany...!
    Which 6S battery with a "EC5 female" plug are you using...?

    • @RCINFORMER
      @RCINFORMER  7 лет назад

      Albert Van Thournout I'm using a Predator 5000mah 6s.... any 5000 will work... generally you want to have one that is not to wide... you want to have a longer and thiner battery that will fit far forward into the nose of the fuselage

      This "Predator 5000mah 6s" comes with a EC5 female plug...?

    Could you tell me which plug (EC3, EC5, Deans, etc.) comes from the ESC connection...?
    Thanks.

      EC3 male...?
      "Motion RC" tells me it is a EC5...!

    • @RCINFORMER
      @RCINFORMER  7 лет назад +1

      Albert Van Thournout sorry, I was mistakenly looking at the FMS 1400mm T-28 When I saw your message.... yes, the FMS 1500mm P-47 has a male EC5 soldered to the ESC....

    I'm looking at getting my first war bird (I'm in a trainer right now and have gotten pretty comfortable flying it)
    I'm stuck between this and the FMS P51 v8... which would be the better to choose from?
    Also which transmitter and receiver would you suggest for either?

    • @az_pit_viper4270
      @az_pit_viper4270 3 года назад

      To be honest with you. A P-51 let alone a tail dragger are not beginner friendly. If you want to get into warbirds I would recommend a T-28 at first, then moving onto a high wing tail dragger to familiarize yourself with the handling of that type of aircraft. Remember that full scale tail draggers have severely injured and or killed pilots from ground looping. They can get out of hand very quickly. Hope this helps.

    How do you get that battery tray to unlock ?? I have tried everything to get mine out even opened up the tabs at the end. Its almost like its glued in no matter how hard I pull I cant get mine out

    • @az_pit_viper4270
      @az_pit_viper4270 3 года назад

      I think you pull up on the ring on the end of the tray but not 100% positive. Have you tried that?
