I do this workout for 4 days....and I am feeling really good. I´m better and stronger+ I run 30 minutes every day (5-6km)! Guys trust me! You can do this! Keep strong! This is the best belly workout what i have ever done! Sorry for some mistakes, I am from Czech republic and my English isn´t the best... :)

Plus my muscles are burning after doing this video unlike the usual tightening feeling I normally get which isn't enough. I'm 100% sticking to this routine
I think if I ever achieve those abs, YOU are going to be the major reason. Its less the workout and more the motivation that comes from you that keeps me going. You're simply awesome.

I started seeing some results from the first time I did this workout and now I've done it 4times in 3 weeks. Your shouting pushed me through especially the counting. I used to follow your other workouts a years and you look so much fitter now, I like that you bulked a bit more. Love you, Rebecca.

When your neck muscles are weak, you'll really feel that strain. A way to improve matters is to perfect your form. First of all, make sure you're not pulling on your head when you do your crunches. This was a great workout, but I had to modify the last one because I physically couldn't do it. I decided to do a crunch instead of coming all the way up. It was fun, though. Thank you.
Angie Galvan 3 times a week on non-consecutive days, do cardio on the other days, and make sure your diet is clean - no high fat, high sugar, fried foods. You will see a nice change in about 4 weeks. Thanks for watching!

Hey Rebecca! What if I eat a high protein meal before the workout as opposed to after?
You can eat it an hour prior to working out.
