Besides, if you do SIX hours of cardio a week when will you have time to do strength and ab workouts which are actually the ones that burn fat. trainers need to be careful what they say to people so as to not lead them astray. Great workout tho!!!
Thanks for the comment. Not sure what 6 hours of cardio you're referring to it depends on so many things. However 30 minutes 3 times a week is good enough for most people. American Heart Ass. recommends: Get at least 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes per week of vigorous aerobic activity, or a combination of both, preferably spread throughout the week.

The reason I took the time to comment on this video which I watched for the first time last week is because when She said we should do at least 6 hours of cardio a week I took it literally and started doing an hour of cardio a day (jumping up and down, running)even though I only did cardio twice a week before watching the video; I mean there are a lot of cardio workouts on you tube and they're pretty intense. i reached a point where i couldn't workout anymore because i was soo exhausted and I work out everyday no matter how tired I am so i had to do some research to understand the unexplained exhaustion I was feeling and that's when i found out it wasn't healthy even though I already knew what the american heart association said because I'm a medical doctor i still took what the trainer said in this video seriously. So i left this comment for other people like me who misunderstood what she said and took it seriously: so maybe she could just say 6 hours of physical activity instead of 6 hours of cardio so there's no confusion.
No problem. It's going to vary from person to person. Depending on your weight loss goals, 6 hours of cardio might be right for you. However, as stated before, it's obviously not necessary for everyone! It's great that you're experimenting - keep it up and find the perfect balance for *you* :)
