Is there any way to record party chat audio just using the console itself without using twitch or anything like that I already know how to record up to an hour of gameplay onto my console directly I just need to be able to record my voice audio as well that way I don't have to do a voiceover because I'm trying to get into doing RUclips but I don't have any equipment or really anything and I don't have a way of buying any of that stuff yet I'm a beginner at all of this and it's a bit overwhelming I'm just looking for a little bit of help

Honestly streaming to Twitch through the Xbox is kind of weird. It'll sometimes do that. You could bypass that by streaming with a pc and capture card, but I've heard others have gotten passed that by restarting the Xbox or switch games back and forth. Really odd. Still trying to find a solid fix for that.

You mean the Twitch VOD? It depends on which phone you have because they all save their files in different places. So Google which phone you have and where it stores files :)

Game chat is usually quite finicky. Usually you won't be able to capture it without a capture card but I've heard a lot people have issues with it since xbox likes to make things difficult
It should work for Series S, however game chat is a mixed bag. I've heard microsoft doesn't want you to pick up game chat since technically you don't have their consent but I've heard of workarounds with a capture card however no promises.

I'd recommend setting your Xbox Audio Settings to come out of Both your Headset and TV Speakers, usually that forces the capture card to capture All audio :D
You'd need a capture card and obs/streamlabs obs and piece out each audio track in the mixer. Though separating party chat and gameplay would be kind of a pain in the butt since they're both coming from your Xbox as 1 source, so not exactly sure you could separate those 2.
Make sure everyone in your party has the Twitch app downloaded, has their voices enabled to be shared, has no parental settings blocking anything. If none of these work then try setting the audio to come from both your headset and your speakers since I've heard that also working before :)

I am during the tutorial since my Xbox is in another room and it'd be a pain in the butt to move it over to my computer haha. But you absolutely do not need to do that in order to record party chat!

@@faceless5426 If I had to guess, it might be that the connection is bad between your Xbox & PC, I'd connect your Xbox to your Router via a Ethernet Cord and same with your PC. But usually there will always be some hiccups trying to record that way.

I think it varies from person to person since I've heard that game chat is picked up for certain people. Could also be game-specific so possibly look into the game settings as well.

How much does streaming effect FPS or internet?
Streaming primarily uses your upload speed. Fps will depend more so on your computer and it's specs

Hey DJ! Sadly Xbox doesn't have that feature to do that. Youll need a capture card and streamlabs obs to have a custom brb screen :)

At this moment I'm not aware of an alternative besides a cap card.

You can use the google chrome browser and go to twitch.tv, then view the site as desktop mode, and go to your video producer and download the vod :)

Hmm not really sure if it originally worked then didn't. Maybe try thinking of any changes you possibly made and reverse engineer it haha

Try going into your xbox settings and have the audio come out of both the headset and the tv

Some people say using a capture card and setting the xbox about to come out of both headset and speakers sometimes works

What if people go on my stream I have a decent amount of people watching stream because there is always someone on my stream and I don’t know what to do
99 times out of 100 those people that are watching are just bots, so nothing to worry about
i promise there was aa time when my stream was picking up game chat but it stoped for some reason
Did it only work for certain games?
