    Great video!
Intermittent fasting has really helped with fat loss. I’ve been doing the OMAD (one meal a day), 23:1. I’ve shed 18lbs in 2 months. I’m so glad I use this way of eating now. I can’t see myself ever going back.

I'm loving it so far! I started 2 weeks ago and have lost 4lbs. But more than weight loss , I feel SO GOOD! I'm less bloated and have way more energy. My eating times are 11am-7pm. It feels good to know that nothing else is entering my belly after 7pm. The satisfaction from just having the discipline to stick to it for 2 weeks is life changing! I'm finding discipline in other areas of my life too. I'm still eating a regular standard diet & can't believe the change. Now that I know I can stick to 2-3 meals between 11am-7pm, I'm going to move to "my" next level which will be reducing the unhealthier foods and adding more vegetables, water, and exercise to my routine. This will, I'm sure, make it more challenging but I'm here for it. I'm the biggest skeptic and I didn't think it would work for me but it has. It's worth a try, friends. Thanks for these awesome tips!

I started doing the Intermittent fasting the day after you posted this video and it has worked great. At first I was sooooooo hungry but after a couple days my body adjusted. It has helped extensively with my digestive issues giving my body more time to break things down and allowing me to sleep through the night. I haven't lost any weight but I can see a small change in my waistline. I would like to see more videos on foods that will keep you full throughout these 16 hours of fasting.

Hey girlfriend! I'm 2 weeks in on intermittent fasting and I'm really enjoying the results I'm feeling and seeing. I'm down 7lbs!! One thing that I will take from this video is to get at least 3 days in of cardio exercise in the morning before work, I normally workout in the evenings because I'm not an early riser, but I think I will get better results. I'm also excited about preparing my binto boxes too! Thanks for Dr. Nina for all your research, information and inspiration!!

I’m so glad I can look up to you once again to keep me motivated. ❤️☺️

Hi Nina! I just started intermittent fasting about a 2 months ago, even thou I feel like I been doing it for years already and i just didnt know it had a name, becuz this is how I eat. I've been a pescatarian for about 7 years now and I just started losing weight last year. I lost 45 lbs. I started doing this to try a cure my health issues myself. I don't have a lot of the equipment, but I do the best I can with what I can afford.
You are a big help, and I luv your personality!
I would love to see more vegan videos on a budget or let me reword that how to eat vegan complete protein meals on a budget. The tips I will use from you are 16/8 (eat from 1-9 p.m.) I will also try the yae organics sweet beet powder, just knowing that it helps with inflammation is a reason for me to want to try it cuz my inflammation gets horrible. Thanks for the tips.

Hi Beautiful Brown Baby Doll! Intermittent fasting helped me lose weight tremendously and the only way to me where its actual lost, in other words doesn't return when you stop. Well, let me add I was fasting with prayer, so what didnt return and was dropped may have been negative energy weighing in my soul too and thus flesh holding it. Fast, Pray N Release my beautiful sisters!, and as always so enjoyable watching your videos so cute, detailed, artistic and tutorials. Amazing lady.

The powders and drinking tons of water in the morning are the tips I would use and take away! I never think to hydrate this much before I break my fasting window. Those powders and that bottle are an amazing tip! I just had major surgery and can’t workout for a long time so I need to get back into intermittent fasting and finding ways to nutritionally eat well and keep what muscle I do have since all I’m cleared to do now is walk. Thanks Dr. Nina!

One tip: I will add a healthy juice mix to help give that boost in the mornings that I may need.
One video suggestion is how to balance your schedule. I.e. working out and operating your business without allowing “self” to become last. That’s my issue. I am will have a great two weeks and then a shift happens and my routine falls by the waist side, literally.

Kasheiva Jackson hey if you are interested in tofu you can even put it in a food processor with lemon juice, basil, garlic etc to make a sort of cream cheese like spread, or process it with things like nutritional yeast etc then mix it with veggies and make a quiche with it. You can also search recipes for tofu scramble which is similar to scrambled eggs but without the cholesterol etc, and tofu mousse or cheesecake. It's so versitale!

Hi Dr. Nina. I am currently a college student and I want to loose weight. I will be using your meal prep plan, that you did for college students . I also want to follow the 16/8 intermittent fasting and be able to stop eating completely at 6:00 pm , can you please give me some guideline.

If it's not broke don't fix it sis. I was vegan for 3 years. There is a honeymoon phase where you will feel great then your body starts to be deficient in all the B vitamins, zinc, magnesium and things of that nature. My hair started shedding, My body went from toned to flabby and I had adrenal fatigue. Now that I've incorporated meat back into my diet I feel great. See Genesis 9:3.

These are good tips. I think I will try working out a few days before eating breakfast. Also, can you please give us variety healthy foods that are good. I feel stuck with chicken, ground turkey, & salmon. Thank you.
