I needed this! I am trying to lose, but I get around those who know what I love to eat. I get lost in the moment and I EAT. When I am social, I do not know that I am full. I am not as mindful. I am learning to be more mindful and I hope to see a change that stays soon. Thanks for your videos.

I really love what you said about getting a new circle of friends and distancing yourself from certain family. I had to do that when I started working on me. I had a cousin that literally put me down because I was having health issues. She basically told me that I was choosing to put my body through this. Which was not exactly true, as I have PCOS, Hypothyroidism and a uterine disease called Adenomyosis. Some of the things I was going through, those were things I could not change. I was trying to find new ways to cope with them and make it through. I also got a new job, new friends, new coworkers, reconnected with old good friends, chose to work on myself instead of focusing on the negative from family and friends. Just 2 years ago I had a friend who was someone that poured negativity in to my life, that I got rid of. It was not an easy "break up" but it was worth it for my mental health. Now I have friends and family that motivate me and help me. My friends and I do fitness challenges and meal prepping challenges.
Hi Dr. Nina, we need an ecookbook from you, PLEASE! I need to lose more than 100 lbs. and the hardest part for me is getting started with healthy meals. I am lost and don't even know where to begin. I understand the difference between healthy foods and non healthy foods, but preparing them as a meal is a totally different story! Please think about it because you're loyal admirers need your help💜

I really enjoy your videos. I have been watching for months and I really am ready to stop watching and start my journey. I have about 175 lbs I need to lose according to BMI charts & my doctor. It just seems so overwhelming that I do nothing and keep gaining. I felt like surgery was the only way, but my mental ain't in check yet. I feel like I need to put in work on mind, body, spirit and breaking bad habits waaayyy before I consider surgery. Watching your videos make the impossible sound obtainable and practical. I know planning and prepping is a big thing when it comes to losing weight. What are your suggestions for healthy snacking if we forget to pack snacks? For example, if I left my lunch or snacks at home, and I want to avoid places like McDonald’s or fast food, what healthier options from the gas station or Marts that could be helpful?
I actually look at pictures of myself when i was smaller. It helps keep me motivated and its ME lol, so i know what i will look like when i lose the weight. Just want to get back to my prepregnacy weight. Thanks for your videos!

i have an at home gym and i can't find any videos at all on how to work out on them i have been doing just 6 to 20 min a day for 30 days and so far so good but i really want to know how to use my home gym the name of it is powerhouse strength series also what do you do when you sore i don't want to overdo it because that is what turns me off from working out.

Lol I felt that intro. Same thing I did when I signed up for Planet Fitness. I came and I looked. I left. Didn’t go back. But I did start walking more and doing other exercises at home.

I loved this video Dr. Nina! What do you do for muscle soreness?? I’m just starting again and my legs are so sore it’s hard to walk. I stretch and use a foam roller but it lasts for like three days. Am I supposed to workout through the pain or does my body need to rest?

i have an at home gym and i can't find any videos at all on how to work out on them i have been doing just 6 to 20 min a day for 30 days and so far so good but i really want to know how to use my home gym the name of it is powerhouse strength series also what do you do when you sore i don't want to overdo it because that is what turns me off from working out.

Lol I felt that intro. Same thing I did when I signed up for Planet Fitness. I came and I looked. I left. Didn’t go back. But I did start walking more and doing other exercises at home.

Disappearing is one thats hard to master but often necessary! Somehow it also helps your journey feel more complete and intimate.
I loved this video Dr. Nina! What do you do for muscle soreness?? I’m just starting again and my legs are so sore it’s hard to walk. I stretch and use a foam roller but it lasts for like three days. Am I supposed to workout through the pain or does my body need to rest?

I need help with meal planner and prepping. I am on the go all the time, stay between 2 houses and in post graduate school. I am working on losing 10 pounds and know my plate is where that weight loss would get a boost. What tools would you suggest for meal prep and planner (for those that use pin and paper)?
