I’ll be 51 in December with osteoarthritis in both knees and I do these workouts when they are posted. Do what you can and substitute an exercise if necessary with something else. The trick is to challenge yourself but not go nuts trying to lift more than you can. Good luck.

It's not amazing or awesome. Basic training knowledge that's been around for years. Also not just a total fat loss solution. This is a total workout solution. This type of training covers fat burning, muscle building, and anaerobic conditioning. Two or three of these sessions per week combined w/ proper diet and you're good to go.

Another great workout. Only issue is i don't have incline Bench and Rack to do step up. So can you share any alternate excercise for the same.
Push-ups and squats? Lunges? Stack a couple cinder blocks, find a step or a bench?
