    Done it. I notice that the sesion helps to increase grip strength and core with goblets and swings. Thanks. Good job.

    I did this one today at the gym at my work during my break (1 hour personal development time). Worked up a bit of a sweat. Have done both ascending and descending ladders before but usually with 3 or 4 exercises only. Great workout Matt, keep the videos coming.

    I can't seem to break my plateau. Now I have gained weight. Can I do this workout every other day and possibly see results in 2 weeks?

    What are the rest periods between sets?

      There is little to no rest between sets as it's a circuit.
      For the first set, you’ll perform 10 reps of each exercise. Second set, drop to 9 reps.Third set, 8 reps-and so on. You’ll keep going until your fifth set, where you’ll finish with 5 reps of each exercise.
      Exercise #1: Dumbbell Goblet Squat
      Exercise #2: Dumbbell Swing
      Exercise #3: Standing Overhead Press
      Exercise #4: Dumbbell 1-Arm Row
      Exercise #5: Dumbbell Floor Press
      Exercise #6: Dumbbell Hammer Curls
      Exercise #7: Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extension
      .... take a 2 minute rest & continue.
      The goal is to complete in less than 60 minutes. 😤🥵💪🔥

    Matt, I like a dumbbell workout over a bar workout, am I missing out on growth?
