You’ll keep going until your fifth set, where you’ll finish with 5 reps of each exercise. The goal is to complete in less than 60 minutes. 😤🥵💪🔥

I can't seem to break my plateau. Now I have gained weight. Can I do this workout every other day and possibly see results in 2 weeks?
