The Kettlebell Manmaker is the complete one for me. It has a Push up, a plank, a Squat, and a Shoulder Press. Very intense, but perfect if pressed for time.
My favourite kettlebell exercise these days would be KB bodybuilders; (a push-up on two kettlebells to a deadlift) I often cap off a routine with a 40/20 AMRAP of bodybuilders for 5-6 rounds to get some extra HIIT work done.
there are 2 combinations I like the most 1) Slow Eccentric Pause Push Up to Clapping Push Up to Snatch and Thruster - I believe it was from a anti-burpee work-out 2) Kneeling Reactive Offset Snatch to Push Press to Overhead Reverse Lunge - this was from M.M.A. Kettlebell Workout, love them
I think this routine is killer. If I were to add anything it would be a high pull and a row. I've been doing a lot of high pull because it's so good at hitting your upper traps, side delts, and is a bit like a swing.

My no 1 exercise is definitely the double clean and press, or with heavier bells the double clean and jerk 💪

As a 51yo old guy, the TGU for sure. It keeps me mobile if nothing else. And I don't have to worry about smashing my toes wearing flip flops.

I go with a variation of the ABC using Hang Cleans as the starting point, 3 reps each per set. Thrusters test your will to live.

For me , double clean and push press superset with legless rope climb (10 hand over hand up)
Glad I watched the vid. The clean and squat wasn't mentioned in the description. This routine looks scary good, if that makes sense. 😅

Kettlebell Deadman to Thrust is my new favorite. TGUs was my favorite for a long time.

Hey Chandler, I just did this workout for the first time and it kinda beat the crap out of me. In a good way.
Mine is easily the double front squat followed very closely by the double clean and press.
I love doing snatches, but feel like TGU's are the most beneficial.
I prefer the half snatch squat😁
