    In this video I show you step by step how I get rid of flabby arm fat. It's a simple daily exercise I do to tone the arms and get rid of the loose skin which usually develops as you age.
    Flabby arms, are ver common among women as they store more fat in their arm, This is mainly due to an imbalance of hormones in the body.
    In order to get rid of it you need to follow the video exercises step by step, which has been designed to get rid of your flabby arms in a very short period of time.
    The exercises also include cardio to help you to burn your body fat
    faster and strengthen your arm at the same time.
    You need to do it 2 times a day for 3 weeks regularly to get the maximum benefit from this program.

    i did it 2 times a day for just 8 days
    and there is 60% differnet my arm is so so slim now thank u sir so much and guys i thought it was not effecting in first but dont give up it will in the end effect and make u better and thank u mister austin goh.

    I have been doing this regularly once in the morning and once at night. I can really see a difference my arms are tighter and toned. I am definitely seeing a difference. This really does work thank you Austin. 👌💯 The key is to be consistent believe in yourself that you can do it.

    I started doing these exercises due to muscle loss after my accident and physical therapy. Before I was in the gym 3 hours a day, I have lost muscle which is not good and makes me sad. My husband said to me last night that I must be going back to the gym a little because he can see a big difference in me, he supports me completely always. I showed him what I am doing and he was shocked. Thank you for your videos. They are helping to strengthen my body back up and lift those muscles back up.

    Found this video right before bed. I decided tonight would be a warmup and tomorrow will be the first day of twice per day. Will update comment as I go along the next 3 weeks.
    *Night Warmup: 4 minutes sure felt like 30 minutes. I dropped my arms 3 times but got right back in. 💪🏼

    Great little video. Did it twice a day per your instructions and was pleased to see a nice lifting along the sides of my rib cage, in addition to better looking arms.
    Nice job. Easy to incorporate into a daily routine.
    Now, please give us one for neck toning and tightening.

    Day one and this is by far the best arm workout without weights I have ever done! I couldn’t do all the reps as my arms felt like they were going to fall off but I’m excited to see how I will be in a couple weeks!

    It’s 1:31am, just got home from work and I’m feeling really sad about the weight I gained back that I put a lot of effort in to losing last year (over depression)…I was feeling bad about my arms getting bigger again and tonight I said I’m gonna look for a workout to fix my arms. This video showed up and after reading these comments and doing the workout twice right now (since I missed the morning one), I’m hoping I will see the results some people are commenting about. Thank you Mr. Goh for sharing this simple yet painful workout 😂👏🏽 I just did it twice and I feel like my arms are about to melt off LOL

    Hello Austin, I have done these exercices twice a day for a month, and they have definitely toned up my triceps! I did not have arm fat before starting, but had trouble building muscle in the targeted area. Now, I have nice, firm muscles on the back of my arms! Thank you so much, sir!

Like bladder, memory, hips and more, also I had a a long bat wing( flabby arms) and I can see it getting shorter. It may take me a little longer because I do more than 1 of your exercise.     I can feel my arm burning fat in my shoulders 😫 I can hold it and my body stores fat everywhere my tummy my arm my leg my face and my fingers

      @drkaryeroe...i have tried the exercises for gas/bloating...gave me relief after doing them... Have done the arm fat exercise... And also the eye strain exercise...was having a lot of pressure on my eyes... Before doing the exercise....after doing the exercise I felt good... Amazing results.....

    Thank you so much Mr Goh for this exercise I did for 3 weeks 2 sets twice a day but i did miss 3 days in 3rd week but tried to do it 1ce on the missing day and it made my hands feel light i did lose an inch. I stopped this exercise for now but will start again. And yes i controlled my diet and had it in portions. And I did walk and jog every day. The results r amazing. Thank you again!!

    nearly one week in and my bicep looks like theres an egg inside, you should do this twice with some pushups 2 times a day for the best results

    I did this and suddenly felt the tension in my shoulders and I don't know how but i felt as if my arms got toned up a little bit. I hope it will show visible results in weeks. I am so glad i found this channel today.

    just started yesterday, doing it twice a day i will be checking in in 3 weeks. oh boy already a bit sore. but for some reason it feels like it wants to adjust my left hip.
