The dragon-strike almost automatically happens on the Wolf Lord. There's a weird hit box that causes your character to slide upwards when you it the side of its head.
I think so. When I use charged attack for hutao onto wolf lord, hu tao just flew instead

@@chisa._. i think dragon strike and footstooling are the same. The name Dragon strike is mainly popular on CN and foot stool on Global I think. Correct me if I'm wrong, I might forgotten some details :>
@@prtndr2869 incorrect. dragon strike and footstool are two different things. Footstool is with collision. Dragon strike is no collision but hit lag. Tenten covered a video of this over a year ago

Geo MC was picked at the end because they can CC all the ruin enemies within their circle. Honestly that was one of the best and cleanest teams this tournament, Overvape for heavy enemies, buff the Xiangling so you only need one rotation, CC with childe riptide and optimal vapes.
They're so good ! The grouping, the rotation, and that dragonstrike caught me off guard !

Damn this time it was more interesting and good competition than last time. Some picking mistake costing their time but create unique team causing tension and uncertainty, very nice
They banned Ayaka so the run is balanced

Man I feel so bad for team Aether. That Yoimiya team just could not function without a shield. I almost feel like they would've been better off putting their Diona on team 2 or trying to get Zhongli. If they had a built Yun Jin that would've helped out too. Hell they could've swapped the teams and that might've worked out better. But overall still a solid showing, really happy to see the Noelle dragon strikes! Both players played so well.
This is awesome! The players are so skilled, those limitations are heavy and yet they cleared the f12 so fast.
The one phase Wolflord kill by Ganyu and dragon strike Noelle are the highlight of this vid for sure.

Looks like the only way we see Ayaka in the tournament is on Ayaka Rerun when they are forced to use Ayaka.
As an Ayaka main, I'm happy and sad at the same time:
Happy - Ayaka being 1st banned is validation that Ayaka is arguably the best spiral abyss DPS.
Sad - Can't see Ayaka in action in this tournament.

I really hope this expands to world wide and maybe even get incorporated officially into the game to enable controlled pvp tournaments.
You know this is pretty cool, but it has a lot of flaws, since its pretty much 0.5% of playerbase can afford to do these competitively and drafting system seems heavily meta. I'm sure a lot of big streamers thought of organizing something like this. Probably just too small playrbase can do this + they rather do giveaway and stuff.
@@zeross2195 it's the same for other games. Only very small percentage of players are competitive, capable, and courageous enough to participate in events like this.

As an Ayaka simp, I feel so conflicted about Ayaka being a perma-ban for being too op.
We can probably see her if they do a championship during Ayaka rerun, if they continue the rule that the current banner (e.g. Yae in this one) must be used in the abyss runs.

Woah that spin abuse is something that's new to me. Since I use noelle pretty much everytime in spiral, this might come in handy.
The strategy was soo cool and the ending was so unexpected
The side of the wolf boss is weird, when you jump and hit it or even use charge attack with sliding character like Hu Tao you will slide upward so you can do a jump attack or dragon strike pretty easily
What funny tho is when I use Xiao and use his E, he just fucking fly to the moon which is fine if he got his burst but he didn't so I have to jump down, use his E again and use his burst

Im just wondering how the artifact stats can be perfectly balanced. Feel like picking a character with inferior substats will make it worse. Unless they have the ability to custom set it

seeing milelith on mona, im guessing that yoi team was hoping that they can use beidou's shield to tank the electro vishap tail stab move and let yoi dps, but i dont think rng was on their side
MHY really needs to support the competitive scene of GI by introducing a mode in Abyss where you can implement a blanket filter that limits constellations and stats (cr, cd, etc). That way, whales and F2Ps can have a somewhat fair competition. No need for in-game leaderboards though as that will just serve as bait for the toxic portion of the community. Let the competitive community itself handle the leaderboards.

The double ttds is a interesting idea because u can do like a triple buff on ganyu if u buff shenhe but they almost didn't use it
I think the idea was to have no down time on the ttds buff on Ganyu, like when Barbara's proc is on CD, then you would use Sucrose's

@@e554there are no dimishing returns tho. If you buff both Ganyu and Shenhe with ttds then Ganyu would have the ttds buff and then have Shenhe's buff with the ttds on, which is way bigger damage than just the uptime on the buff

As the first one to ban, it means that the first pick is on you, thus the first to ban should not ban Ayaka and let the other player do that to waste their ban. Bennett/Kazuha would be a good first ban as theyre quite universal imo
